I came in ready to eat. What I found was a buffet that looked like it had been looted in the apocalypse.
Six pizza pans—completely empty. Not a slice, not a crumb, not even a stray pepperoni in sight. Just greasy trays collecting dust while a few sad customers circled like vultures, hoping something fresh would appear. It never did.
The lone buffet item available? A dried-out, underwhelming pasta that looked—and tasted—like it had been sitting since lunch. It was dinner time.
No breadsticks, no dessert pizza, no fresh anything. Just disappointment on display under heat lamps that weren’t even on.
Honestly, calling it a “buffet” is false advertising. It was more like a pizza crime scene.
Unless you enjoy paying to stare at empty pans and stale noodles, skip this place.

Buffet was empty and only put one pizza out at a time. Pizza was hard salad was just lettuce and 2 slices of cucumber. A 2 year old screamed the whole time we were there plus throwing food at people. It wasn’t worth the $30 we had to pay for bad service.

Pizza Hut is a consistently good pizza restaurant. The only variables are the staff at a given location. While I have not had a horribly bad experience in the past, I generally don’t review every Pizza Hut. This location deserves a good review! Late week night arrival due to traveling. They were closing up the dining area when we arrived. We were received without insult or discomfort. We quickly ordered and were served. We had traveled all day with two young children who were tired and hungry and the staff welcomed us in and served us without rushing us! Always great pizza at a great price! Thanks!

This is a great Pizza Hut. They even have a buffet, but sadly no Salad Bar. They do offer a salad with the buffet, which is a great consolation prize. The food was really good!

I have been back-and-forth on Pizza Hut my whole life, but the Pizza Hut here in Henderson is not bad. The pizzas always hot, it seems pretty fresh so you can’t be mad about that. And it has that classic Pizza Hut taste, that is like every other Pizza Hut around. As a kid it was always a treat to go to Pizza Hut, but as pizza changes and places become more boutique sometimes you find yourself back at the original. We got the pepperoni lovers pizza, add some pepper‘s so you can’t be mad about that. It came with the breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks. I don’t know about you but I love cheese sticks everywhere I go, except for when I go to Pizza Hut they’re plain breadstick is one of the best. We also got some hot wings, with the extra hot and they were pretty spicy so I’m not mad about that. They have a great app that makes the ordering easy and the wait time is always pretty low.

The general manager MIKE was so rude while my family and I was there. I had a problem with the food, and instead of him coming to correct it he got mad at us and told us if we didn’t like how this place was run to not come back! Very unprofessional. Very rude 0/10 do NOT recommend!!!

Ordered pizza like usual, at least once a week, last week the pizza arrived cold! Today almost cold and obviously the driver dropped it ! Also it was a dasher that delivered it today! I called the driver and ask what happened and of course he didn’t know. So Donald you cost pizza hut in Henderson Ky a regular weekly customer! All he had to do was was admit it and apologize!
