Called to order a meal. The guy could not give me any info about what the price of a dinner box was or how the uncharge from medium to large was for that box. I get being new….but you should never tell a customer I don’t know and leave it at that. You should always say hang on and I’ll find out for you.
Also, I ordered pan pizzas and got hand tossed. Only reason I called was to use a 20 dollar credit for where they botched my order last time. Gotta do better guys.

the absolute worst experience buying here ever. doubt I will return. pizza didnt come to me until 25min past the initial 20min wait (45 mins total) 4 personal pan pizzas, two of them were questionable fot sure. what a joke.

Ordered $70 worth of Pizza for Halloween and all the pizza was burnt! Tried calling store and no one hasn’t picked up since yesterday. Kids went trick or treating hungry! Customer service is horrible.

This is literally one of the worst pizza hut locations to order from. I had order a tavern style pizza and breads ticks 2 cups of sauce and then a small drink. The drink was supposed to be a Gatorade fruit punch instead they gave me a crush instead . And then I didn’t get my cheese sauce I paid for. There is no point in calling to get your order fixed they have continously messed up my order in the past. This place is going downhill. The pizza hut on Frederick by hr block was literally so much better than this one never had any problems from that location sadly they shut down. Guess I will be sticking with dominos or give azzips pizza a try

First time ordering online. Cheese sticks wasn’t done, tops of pizza overdone pizza doughy…I think maybe it may have been close to closing time and maybe they rushed to get it done. I’m not for sure. Just got my phone back or id have complained sooner. Maybe they will reach out to make it right. Maybe I’ll call and see if they will try but receipt doesn’t even show where my pizza came from or the phone number to the store smh

I was in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. When I made it to the window I knew why. The cashier was incompetent. Should could not scan gift cards and would not ask for help. She finally did ask for help and still could not scan the second gift card after being shown how it was done. She had to get help again. I was 5 minutes paying for the order. I am sure the 5 cars behind me were not happy.
