I order from here and got 2 pizzas wrong and didn’t want to make it right and redeliver it to my family and none of us drive they were very unprofessional and did not want to fix their own mistake Even though we still had the pies and was willing to send them back they finally bring it one hour later threw it down on my porch with a pies almost falling out of the box and said here is your GD pizza pretty sure they spat on it too

Got a burnt cheese pizza delivered. Called and asked for a new one to be delivered. Offered to send a picture of it. Cooper Turner told me I was wrong. It went through the oven the same as the other pizza that was delivered. Wouldn’t send me a new one or refund the money on the pizza. Just offered me a credit for next time on a pizza that’s cheaper than what I paid. I want all my money back now. I can’t believe she told me I’m lying. Crazy.

I ordered the Chicago Tavern pizza. It was so dry. I’m not sure if there was even cheese on it. It was freshly made, too! Pizza Hut just isn’t the best pizza in town anymore. Also, the back door was wide open the whole time I was there. Wonder how many flies landed in the food???

A couple weeks ago I placed an order on the app at 5 pm for it to be delivered at 6 pm. When 6 came and went I started trying to call Pizza Hut to only get an automated response and NEVER got to talk to anyone before it hung up on me multiple times. It was not delivered until 6:45 and it wasn’t even hot. The delivery man said he would get us a discount on our account for our next order. Never happened. I filled out the email survey and told them of my experience, nothing happened. I tried to order again today. The app said it would be over an hour before it would be delivered and after our last experience I wasn’t willing to wait 2 hours for a pizza. I tried to call and cancel and finally got someone who wasn’t even at our Pizza Hut to cancel my order. I asked to talk to a manager, he said he was transferring me. It rang for over a minute before hanging up on me. I am furious with our Pizza Hut experiences lately. I don’t understand why I can’t call the number and get someone who is at the Pizza Hut I’m ordering from. We love Pizza Hut and their products but the customer service SUCKS and I WILL NOT be ordering from them again because of this.

The food was great but the dining room was trashed. One side of the restaurant had boxes stacked on the tables, and the seating that was available had not been cleaned in quite a while. I imagine they mostly do take out orders so they don’t bother with how it looks. The staff was very friendly and no complaints about the pizza and wings.

I live very close so I opted for carry out. Ordered online and left the house almost immediately. It was ready when I got there (less than a 5 minute drive). The order was correct and piping hot. The best pizza, is the pizza the steam rolls off of when you open the box. Couldn’t have been more satisfied.

First time I ever had the Pasta Dish, and man it was Yummy with lots of Cheese. So delicious and can’t wait to Order A Different one!! Very Friendly And Sweet Young lady who seen my Online order and helped me find the Sauce we wanted for the pizza that we also ordered, which was delicious just needs more meat on a meat lovers!!!:)

Good food. Superb service. Waitress was making pizzas, wings, taking phone orders and covering three different groups in the dining area. She ever missed a beat. Wings came out first, pizza 5 minutes later, and our drinks never ran dry. We sent a compliment to corporate a out our waitress.
Oh, and a little secret to getting the “great pizza” that I remember getting from Pizza Hut 30 years ago. Tell them “extra sauce”.
