Never received the meal. The door dash delivery driver can’t find the home .so he goes back and I have no dinner and they have my money. Call the store at 10:15 and they are closed even though the hours say 11pm is the close.

I ordered a pizza and requested a specific delivery time. A few minutes after placing my order I got a text message that my pizza was out for delivery. This was not the time I requested. I called the phone number given in the text message and it took me 4 attempts to get to the right store. First I got a different location, then I got the call center, and then I got a different location. Each time I was told that all I could do was to continue calling that same number and hopefully I would get the right store. On the 4th attempt I did get the correct store and spoke to the assistant manager. He was not helpful and told me that they had a new system that told them when to make and send out the pizzas. There was another delivery in our area so they went ahead and made ours. I waited to see if the pizza would come at the requested time. I had requested 4:45 and the pizza arrived at 4:30. I guess that was more convenient for them. I called the store again and spoke to the same man. I asked to speak to the manager and explained why I was so unhappy. He said that she was not there and would be there tomorrow. I asked what time and he responded that she would be there on the morning. I asked what her name was and he promptly told me that he was in the middle of dinner rush and didn’t have time for this. He then hung up on me!!!! Never again will I order from Pizza Hut!!!!! Terrible customer service… he never offered any solutions or even offered an apology.

My wife ordered from the “Iron Skillet” location, for a delivery. We’ve ordered from Pizza Hut several times over the years and have not had any problems before…..it took over an hour and a half after her online order was made to reach our house, and we actually had to go and get it. We both called several times, to no avail, as each phone call was rerouted to another location.
When we got there, the cashier was rude, even to to point of ignoring us. I used the same phone number on the website to call, to see if their phone was working, it didn’t ring, he called using his phone, of course it worked. I suggested the number online was incorrect, and got the attitude of “you have your food, you are dismissed”. The food had been sitting in their warmer for over 90 minutes by that time, and obviously was not up to pizza hut standards. He never checked the food, before handing it to my wife, and one of the employees actually asked him what happened to the bowl of wings that was on the counter. Both made like they were looking for a bowl, other than the one sitting on my wife’s stack of food. That was when we got the feeling of being ignored. I did make the comment on the way out to make sure the driver got his tip, and that we’d not use them again.

It’s Pizza Hut, but overall this location has regularly been a decent meal since it moved to this take-out location from its old spot by the mall. The staff is always courteous and talkative. I always order via the app which tells me when it is ready plus has lots of specials. Pizza Hut pizza is greasier than most others; the pan crust is the best. They charge for the side of bread stick sprinkles now..

We were having a party for our grandson and spend 70-80 a week at this pizza hut. The manager was very rude to my husband and told him not to come back to the store over a 2 litre of soda pop they forgot to give us last week. She made him feel like he was lying. What kind of customer service is that? Thank you for ruining our party. I hope you enjoy your over 100 dollars worth of pizzas we ordered.

The description says family friendly, it should say worst customer service possible. The food is supposed to be made to order, but my pizza tasted like it was a day old. I don’t know if they keep them warm in the back, but it definitely wasn’t fresh.

I’ve ordered from this location several times, and have never had an issue. I typically order online and pickup at the drive thru window.
This time around I wanted some banana peppers, but couldn’t find a place to order then online. I decided to go inside to get my pizzas and pay for the peppers.
Upon walking in, an employee was standing at the oven taking items out and another employee came from the back and started making pizzas. Neither of them acknowledged that I was standing at the front counter waiting to pickup my order. A couple of minutes passed by, with neither employee taking the time to say anything to me or let someone know that I was standing up front.
Finally, someone from the back came up front after 3-4 minutes and helped me out. This third individual was kind and helpful, and is the reason I’ll leave 3 stars instead of 2.
Overall, the customer service when going inside left much to be desired.
