Pizza was good. Waitress was excellent. The lack of pricing on menu, plastic silverware, eat in restaurant treated like a takeout. Also asking if you want side dips not mentioned is the $.65 cent charge. Bring t to he rating if this franchise to a 2 star. As I said staff was good.

Where do I start? First of all we dined in and they wouldn’t honor ANY of the deals on the Pizza Hut app! So my wife said well we can do carry out and they still wouldnt honor it! The little waitress was super sweet however the night manager was rude and lazy! My wife and I ordered a salad and out of 6 items 3 of them were empty and she ask the manager if she could fill it up while the waitress was busy with another table and she just stood there and wouldn’t fill anything up! The salad bar had limited toppings but it was disgusting because their was gnats all around and food from people’s plates that had fallen off! I use to order pizza at least 2 times a month from pizza hut in pikeville ky but now I will not be going there anymore! Domino’s or little Ceasers is right down the road from Pizza Hity

When we sat down no one came to take an order for about 15 minutes, the sodas were all flat, and when we tried to order a sub (that is on the menu we were given) we were told that they don’t make subs at that establishment.

Our pizza was great. Where I live I don’t get the opportunity to visit this establishment as frequently as I’d like but I have to admit it was a missed experience. Service was fast n friendly. The restaurant itself was very relaxing and extremely clean. Y’all keep up the good work and I’ll return as soon as possible.
