Server for the buffet was working really hard, appreciate her all day. The selection on the buffet wasn’t great, mostly meat options. We asked for a veggie without olives or banana peppers but they brought one out with green olives, which are still olives. We might still try it again in the future, but it’s not as good as we used to remember.

Awesome cheese sticks great pizza and the service was great, the family was there and everyone loved no complaints at all, that don’t sound like much, but you don’t know my family, it’s hard to satisfy all of them at the same time

One server for the entire floor on a Saturday at 6pm means no refills because the poor girl doesn’t have a chance!

Ordered pan crust and it came out super doughy and quite unlike any pan crust I’ve ever had, but the manager remade it after requesting i come to the register versus them attending my table….unprofessional but whatever.
I’m used to a privately owned pizza hut in Georgetown Ohio and I can say without doubt this franchise doesn’t hold a candle to it, not in quality, service, cleanliness, options or otherwise.

Casually Unfiltered Forever
Well I made a order online for a pan pizza and the pizza was OK and the roasted garlic cheesy bread was not nowhere near done and the bread wasn’t even cut at all but it not being cut wasn’t my issue . Most of the bread was nothing but raw dough. But the staff was very friendly and they gave me store credit but to be honest I don’t know if I would ever go back because of this.

I am currently waiting for food I ordered an hour ago. I got here when it was supposed to be done, waited in the drive thru for half an hour, was told they burned my pizza and had to start over, and now was just barely told that they don’t know where my food is and they have to start all over. Time, gas, money have been wasted. Do yourselves a favor and go to Dominos.

Called order in at 535 went to pick it up. I went ahead and paid for it and waited about 40 minutes after paying. They finally found it after it set for I know 30 minutes after paying. They wouldn’t remake it and trust me it wasn’t even close to how. I said if it is called remake please and they wouldn’t. I will not be back. Now I am home and my wife got the wrong wings. Google really need to let us leave negative stars.

Absolutely ridiculous ,
So I order online and get a two liter mountain dew with my order. A doordasher brings my food and when asked about the drink they tell me to contact pizza hut. I call pizza hut and they tell me to contact doordash so I call doordashs customer service. That poor indian man called them constantly and they kept hanging up on him. Yeah they offered me credits but thats not gonna make up for putting that guy through all that nonsense cause they wouldn’t answer the people THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT. Absolutely shameful and i work in the restaurant business and always try my best to keep my cool regarding these kinds of things cause I understand how tough it can be sometimes
