I don’t know if it’s just THIS particular location or what but it was THE BEST experience and food from a pizza hut ice ever had! The garlic cheese bread came out fresh and piping hot and we each had a Melt-a folded over pizza with thin crust and toppings in between for dinner. They were SO GOOD and SO FRESH!!! Very filling, too! We will definitely be back here and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

It’s hit or miss with this Pizza Hut. I got a Meat Lovers pizza that was fantastic, then next time I ordered 2 Create Your Own pizzas, and they were terrible. Undercooked so I had to stick them in the oven to finish baking them. The pepperoni was scant, barely more than on a frozen Tombstone pizza, and the ham was hard and tough. The prices are already outrageous, so I expect my food to be fully cooked at least, and to have the same amount of toppings as in the picture. Order at your own risk. When it’s good, it’s very good. When it’s bad…well, it won’t make you sick.

We drove from lily Ky to eat here as this place always been the best. But that will not happen again as we ask if we could simply add mushrooms to our pasta in was told straight face no. We got up in walked out. Place has went down. Table was sticky, salad bar was brown lettuce & the smell wasn’t very welcoming.

There was no actual menu for you to look at so u better bring your phone in to look it up online. cobweb’s on most of the lights table sticky. Only got one refill on my drink had to walk up front to get it myself the pizza itself was decent accept the green peppers are a little big for my liking, upon receiving our meal the waitress never checked back up to give us extra napkins or make sure everything was okay.

Definitely not worth visiting.
1: pizza took like 25 minutes despite not being busy at all
2: our pepperoni lovers had maybe 3 slices of pepperoni per slice
3: hardly any sauce on the pizza
4: our “10 piece” breadsticks was a normal 5 piece cut in half to make 10 pieces
Won’t be returning here, especially for the high price associated with skimping on literally everything

I was delivering a door dash here and they have a box of about 300 crayons so I decided to grab two crayons for my 3 year old daughter. GIGANTIC MISTAKE THE MANGER CURSES AT ME AND MAKES ME GIVE THE CRAYONS BACK. THIS IS A NASTY NASTY STORE. DO NOT EAT HERE. PROCE TO HIGH. SALAD BAR IS NASTY.
They need to learn that the customer comes first. Why put a box of crayons out if they aren’t aloud to be touched. Do not eat here. I waited over 45 minutes for a door dash.

Very unhappy. Went inside to pick up my order, which was placed online 30 minutes prior, I could see that my food was done, and had to stand and wait for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Finally I asked if I could have my order, and stated that I prepaid. I was told, no, I’d have to wait for the manager who was busy in the back because there were only 3 people working.
Then, when I was handed my food, I checked the be sure my pan crust was correct because it wasn’t the time before, I realized it was in fact a hand tossed crust. Again. So I asked about it, and was told it is a pan crust. No. The difference between the two is usually pretty obvious. Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza, and I don’t mind paying extra for the pan crust, except for when I don’t get what I paid for, AND the employees are rude.
