Staff was very friendly. Food was delicious! The pizza melt was basically like two pieces of pizza folded in on each other. Think pizza tortilla. I was able to open it up and add parmesan and pepper flakes. So good!

Pizza Hit in Cumberland is under new management and has a whole new team. I haven’t ordered there in a long time due to bad experiences, I really believe the new manager is going to do good things for the restaurant. They actually made my pizzas correct and since one crust was different than the other she went ahead and replaced it. So for now this is definitely a good review. I would like to retract the good vibes I sent in this review. I no longer have hope for this restaurant and don’t believe they pay attention to anything they are doing.

We were in town visiting family and ordered pizza from this location. I have eaten at this location many times over the years and it is hands down the best pizza hut we have ever had pizza or cheese sticks from. The sauce here is better than any other location we have used which the rest need to be using the same but assume they are not. We highly recommend this location!

The delivery driver was very late because she got lost two or three times trying to find my house and had to call me twice just to find my house. That same delivery driver also brought the wrong order and took even longer bringing the correct order..once the correct order was brought it was still incomplete; next time make sure to have certified delivery drivers who knows what they are doing

Dropped by there after a volleyball game and it was great. The host was awesome and patient with our group. Pizza was the best ever. Definitely going back there again.

I’m really impressed with mostly all of pizzhuts staff except one female shift leader that hung up on me 5 times and the laughed about it ,it’s very sad when I tip good and spend money 3x a week there to be treated as such but everyone else there is very friendly and go above and beyond for their costumers so I hope one bad apple don’t spoiled it for the rest of the staff .
