Tables were filthy. Pizza was NOT cooked all the way! Cheese wasn’t all the way melted. They were 45+ minutes on the table next to us and got the pizza wrong AND also not done it was a thin crust pizza!!!!!! We had no service after the food was brought out. My husband ordered a double pepperoni pizza and was given a melt. We had to get our own refills and check. Then asked twice for a box. All the while they were talking about how much they wanted to walk out and standing back there eating pizza. Pathetic.

Imagine ordering online on December 9th for a measly $17.88, expecting a hassle-free pickup. Instead, my account gets slammed with $22.88.. Turns out some thieving employee tacked on an unauthorized $5 “tip” like it’s their birthright. Must’ve felt the need to rip me off just to slide a pizza box out a grimy window. No smile, no service, just straight-up theft!
This joint is shadier than midnight alley in Louisville. If they’re bold enough to tamper with your card on a simple online order, what’s stopping them from skimming through your wallet next? Buyers, BEWARE: Pay cash or Pay elsewhere. This isn’t a restaurant; it’s a racket. Zero stars AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I’ll not be providing you any of my personal information, so no, I won’t click your link, do a review, send give you my personal information. Got a pepperoni and onion hand tossed medium-sized pizza that cost me a insane $17.54. As for the quality, I’ve had better gas station pizzas. Don’t go for this place if you value your wallet and don’t enjoy greasy pizza.
I’ll also mention for those thar enjoy dine in that the location was down sized. Very small, and on a positive if not middling point, it only took 14 minutes to be ready, so at least they aren’t slow as well. (With two tables there, it took me 6-8 minutes to have my order taken, though the cashier was also the waitress and she prioritized a table with children first, so I won’t complain there, just mention it so others are aware).
My recommendation is to go elsewhere, and The Brick Oven while hard to park for, is a much better value to cost ratio with a similar if not better layout and dine in area atmosphere.

Poor staff was undermanned (4 employees). Place was swamped with 2 waitresses, 1 person working the drive thru window and 1 person making the pizza. Pizza was good though. The pizza maker was overheard saying they didnt have anymore pepperoni slices since the night crew didnt pull any from the freezer to thaw out for the day shift.

SINCE MY REVIEW WAS REMOVED ILL REPOST WITH AN UPDATE! I emailed corporate with no response, so I have contacted my local health dept today 8/26/24. Worst experience! I ordered pizza from Williamsburg Pizza Hut today approximately 3:30- 4pm, I got home about 4:15 my husband and I ate and I put the pizza in the fridge because my husband was gonna have it for lunch tonight, shortly after I got super sick with some abdominal issues. Didn’t think it was the pizza as I’ve NEVER had an issue with Pizza Hut EVER! But as I after I heated the pizza up to take to my husband for lunch I noticed there was FLY MAGGOTS on the pizza. I contacted the DISTRACT MANAGER, she wasn’t helpful at all! The only thing she was concerned about was correcting me on her TITLE at Pizza Hut and informing that she’s very good at her job! And reassured me the pizza definitely did not come from this location, I provided her with picture proof of EVERYTHING, THE MAGGOT EGGS, the receipt and the charge on my bank! I simply contacted her to see what I needed to do as in, contact my local health dept, or just anything but she didn’t have any advice but was concerned about what employee of hers advised me to contact her or correcting me on her title. I will DEFINITELY not be back! If you go definitely check your food, and I will be contacting my doctor to make a complaint. THIS IS DISGUSTING!

I was charged almost twelve dollars for a personal pan pizza. The menu had a price of $6.95 maybe? It was $6 and some change is all I remember. That’s insane for such a tiny pizza and I was still hungry after eating it. If the real price had been disclosed then I would have gone elsewhere to eat.

I ordered a large half pepperoni half cheese stuffed crust pizza and whenever I received my order it was a full pepperoni pizza. No big deal I take it back to the counter to let them know, without question they made me a whole cheese pizza and let me keep the pep. No questions asked.
