I really would love to give 0 stars. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at ANY pizza place. I paid $70 for pizza and received NOT MY PIZZA. I called 6 times and was hung up on every time. The call center gave me corporates number so that is my next move. Unbelievable the lack of professionalism. This is CLEARLY not my order but they refuse to even take a call or try to fix the issue. I worked all.day, I’m tired and wanted a birthday meal I didn’t have to cook and got something I can’t eat! I’m so pissed! Never again!

I believe the managers name is Hailey. Absolutely sweetheart!! I placed a late order and received a call that items were missing and the order couldn’t be completed . Although I was told to come the next day I was still able to receive my order and accommodation were met!! Thank you remain blessed.

I have ordered twice in the last month. I used to love Pizza Hut but as of last night never again! The first time they left out 1/2 of my order & I could only get call center when I called. I tried repeatedly to get the local store by calling their number & only the call center. They took my number 4 times & assured me the store Mgr would call. Nope. I called the next day & was told there was nothing they could do because it was the next day. I tried last night 1 last time. This time nothing was right. Both pizzas were made wrong & way undercooked. 2 hours of calling no help. This time they transferred me to the store finally & 2 times once I told them my issue thry hung up on me. I waited & called today & was told to bring the pizzas in & if they were wrong & undercooked I’d get a partial refund!!! WTH. Never again.

I recently moved to Frankfort. Twice I have given this location a chance. Both time I placed my order through the app and it NEVER shows up. When I tried calling I get some call center, which doesn’t make any sense so they try to transfer me and they never answer.

1st time we ordered, one of our pizzas was something random and they forgot half our drinks.
2nd time we ordered both thin crust pizzas were burnt and the cookie tray was burnt and hard as a rock. Also the pizza had almost no marinara so therefore it was tasteless.

Pizza was wrong and when it was delivered it was cold. Called the “502” number thinking it would be the store and it was the call center. After going in circles and talking to five different people they hung up on me. Worst pizza ever

lady working today was rude. i orderd a pizza with no cheese. she put it on there anyway and said she thought i orderd it wrong. i asked for a refund or a redelivery and she asked me to come a pick it up. then told me she will door dash it to me ??? when the first order came a door dash driver brought it and let us pay in cash? since when can u pay a doordash driver in cash?
