This is the worst Pizza Hut in Lexington. The service is very poor. The staff does not care if they help you or not. They are very rude and short. They act as if giving you sauce is killing them. I’m not sure how this store is still in business but whoever is manager and in charge of hiring and overseeing employees does a terrible job.

Ordered 2 pizzas cinnoman sticks and a 2 liter of pepsi its came 49.93 with delivery fee and tip. Food arrived fairly quickly maybe 30 mins or so .. driver told me my pepsi wasn’t in there because they was in a hurry I asked what he was going to do about it. He said “aint up to me” “you gon have ta callz da manager” turned and left ! Since then, I’ve called the store twice to report the issue. They take all my information. Tell me they will look into it and get back to me. This happened on the 19th today is the 21st still no Pepsi still no explanation still no refund.

Every time I have stopped at the Richmond relocation,I was satisfied. And reading the other reviews on here,I realize how petty people can be. There has been times the lobby was close to eat in but guess what we just took our pizza to the house,and it was delicious, every time! Thanks for the great service!!! I will be a customer there for a while..!!

We came for the buffet, and saying we left disappointed is an understatement. Very limited pizza and what they did have, was not very good. Salad bar was horrid. The lettuce along with all other vegetables looked old and cucumbers were slimy. Also, the items were scarce to say the least.

We were very disappointed, and will not be back.

Order took over 2 hours to arrive and only after multiple phone calls. If I hadn’t called they had no issues stealing my money and charging me for a pizza they had no intention of delivering. Eventually got a cold garbage pizza, no offer to make it right, nothing. The manager didn’t even care and they still tried to charge me but I’m fighting it. Awful management.

I ordered my pizza the medium supreme and I ask what’s topping it’s on it. They told me pepperoni, sausages, beef, green pepper mushroom. When I picked it up, took it home that probably was total five sausage and five beef that you can barely find it on the Pizza so I called them and complain. She said she’ll fix me another one and then when I open the second one it was just a little bit more. It still wasn’t a lot. It was so cheap on their food. She say it weighed by pound or ounce that is not just put on there. I can’t believe is that little

Several times over the past few years we have had issues when trying to dine in at this Pizza Hut on Richmond Road in Lexington, Kentucky. We have been turned away in most cases because they said they had a lack of workers to allow us to eat in the restaurant. Either you have dine in or not and customers should not have to guess which day they are not welcome to eat their pizza while seated at your tables. Most recently (8-25-2025 at approximately 11:30 AM) we tried to go for the lunch buffet. Unfortunately, there was a sign on the door that said they wouldn’t be serving the lunch buffet that day, so we decided we would still order from the menu and patronize that restaurant. Well, that didn’t happen either, since when we made our way into the restaurant and started to sit at a table we were greeted with a very gruff “we don’t have dine in today. It is just me and a single trainee and we can’t do dine in.” There was no “sorry for the inconvenience” or any other sincere regret on the part of the person essentially telling us we were not welcome to sit and have lunch in the dining area. I’d say it was borderline rude, but that would be inaccurate. It was absolutely rude and unapologetic. We just shook our heads and left, since there was nothing nice or constructive we could say at that point. It should also be noted that while they did have a note on the door about no buffet that day, there was no note about their inability or unwillingness to serve us in the dining area. I realize workers can be tough to get and good help can be even more difficult, but this treatment of customers is unacceptable and if this restaurant can’t find a way to properly staff for a dine-in experience, then it should not offer it. If this had just happened once in our dealings with this particular restaurant, I’d chalk it up to an anomaly or a bad day, but this is a negative trend for this establishment. We took our business to Old Chicago Pizza and had a nice lunch at a table with a friendly and courteous server. Do better please!

Ordered at 7:15 or so. On app it said delivered at 7:59. We call the store around 8:15, they say an actual driver employed by them left about that time to deliver, said if it isn’t there in 10 minutes call back. No signs of it. We call back at 8:30, a different person answers, they say a dasher picked it up. We asked to speak to the previous person we talked to. They didn’t put them on. I confirmed room number, because we’re in a hotel. They confirm the right room. They issue a refund. 10 minutes later we decide to check the front desk. We found our food, it had been sitting there for 45 minutes. Cold. Front desk said the delivery driver said he’d call. They did not. Overall a crap experience.
