Service so bad this has to be a franchise location. Cashier was short and rude. They ran out of products and instead of telling guests so they can decide if a substitution is sufficient, they give a shoulder shrug with a take it or leave it attitude. I’m definitely not trying any more of these get rich quick schemes of deals that Pizza Hut is peddling. My reviews are viewed more than 1,000 times… I would implore anyone thinking about whats for dinner to look elsewhere. Maybe if enough people value the money they spend, then service can at least be worth the ever rising price. No refund. No apology. And of the pizzas I ordered, I believe they attempted to form the dough themselves for the personal pan pizzas as seen in the photos. All-in-all it was a horrible experience.
UPDATE: A guy that called himself the manager called me and told me they were replacing ONLY the food that was incorrect. I said ok. He did not. There was no reason to call and lie ♂️… My reviews will stay honest.

Ok first of all, WHO is running this place? The manager you have? Unacceptable. This establishment must not have any management who gives even a little bit of a heck about what goes on here. Basic customer service, whatever happened to that? Whatever happened to, have a nice day, or thank you, or being called ma’am? I’m not an entitled individual but you guys are not it. You guys are so ridiculously rude. Hanging up on customers and the lack of care for concerns. I would NEVER hire anyone with even one of your all mannerisms. you ARE A MANAGER, which means one of your duties is to handle customer concerns and, yes AND complaints in a PROFESSIONAL manner, not make your customers feel like an inconvenience. I have dealt with rude customers. I was NOT one of them. I use your website and your app, and I do this to refrain from having to talk to your staff. Well for whatever reason the app was not working for me today. So I was forced to call. Then I was told none of my points or the website discounts could be applied when it was a WEBSITE/APP issue NOT a me issue. You’re telling me you have no way of applying a discount? Whatever. Fine. When I spoke to the manager she offered $5 back. Which, I have yet to receive but I absolutely refuse to call this place back. But my in app discount was almost $15. I will NEVER order from you all again. Disrespectful. I understand road conditions aren’t the best. But if you tell someone 40 minutes. And it actually takes over an hour and half, call me and let me know? Communication. Whatever happened to BASIC COMMUNICATION? Let’s be real, I’m a paying customer and deserve compensation. The staff is so rude it’s tacky.

I have to say that our pizzas tasted really good! We rarely eat Pizza Hut due to being let down in the past, however they were running a special on their large pizzas, so we decided to give them a try. Everything was hot and fresh. Our pizzas were covered in toppings and there was lots of cheese as well. We will definitely be back again soon.

Despite what listing says, there are no tables here (for dine-in option). 🙁 Also, the restroom is marked as “NO Public Restrooms”.) Not even much space to wait for your carry-out order. Stay home. Get it delivered. Or order a better pizza. Really want Pizza Hut? Go to the one on Richmond Road (near Man o’ War) that still has lots of tables inside for dine-in. They even have a lunch buffet on weekdays!

I put in a mobile order for 4 of the $2 Personal Pans and breadsticks. When I pulled up, there were at least 20 people in line, out the door. I didn’t realize it was going to be such an event. It moved quickly though and the employees handled the chaos efficiently and calmly. My food was fresh, hot, and delicious.

After getting home from a long day at work I figured I would order pizza hut. It’s trash quality but it’s quick and consistent… or so I thought, Ordered a pizza at 8:20 pm to wait almost an hour for pizzahut to text me and tell me that my order is being delivered by a door dash driver… The driver was 18 minutes away from the pizza hut… I live less than 5 minutes from this location. Needless to say I’ll never be ordering pizza hut delivery or probably anything from them ever again. I’ve waited well over an hour to get a pizza that will be sitting around for 30 minutes for a door dash driver to show up. Absolutely absurd. Overpriced garbage that now takes FOREVER to show up at your door. If I wanted to wait for a door dasher to deliver me subpar old pizza I would have ORDERED THROUGH DOOR DASH to a better pizza place!!! Thank you for leaving me ripped off and still hungry an hour later…

I put in an order at 5:06, for it to be delivered at 8pm. Didn’t get my order till 8:30. It was soggy, cold, and I was missing the sauces that I was charged for at the door. I did not receive a physical copy of my receipt. The order taker on the phone who was answering my questions was rude. Was going to speak to a manager but was put on hold. Trying to be on time is important to families. I thought it was important to restaurants and I also thought fresh food was important. There was no hospitality or pizza hut standard food.

Ordered from this location and the ingredients on my pizza was wrong, and was missing the extra cheese shaker. Also ordered the meat lover melt, they should change it to meat lover charred. Took a hour to deliver. Save your money for a different restaurant.

My daughter ordered a pizza at 5 pm to be delivered at 8 pm. At 8:15 pm she called to see what the eta was on the pizza and they said it was on its way. 20 minutes later it was still not here, she again called and a girl started yelling at her on the phone loud enough for us to hear her. My daughter asked for the manager but hung up as the driver knocked on our door. They didn’t have her sauces she paid for. The pizza was doughy and cold. The driver was nice and at least knew how to speak to customers. There’s just no excuse for a 3 hr in advance order to not be done, hot, complete, and at a persons address at the stated time.
