I am sorry this is the most desiccated PoS I’ve ever had at PH. Did yall bake this mummified frisbee from BC3000 cuz that’s how dry it was. And I was actually on time to pick up the pizza.

Ordered online ,went to pick up pizza, no employees in store. A few minutes after I arrived employee comes in from the back, acknowledged me at the register, then proceeded to make a pizza, then puts it in the oven. Finally comes to register to give me my order which had been in pizza warmer and I ask him to show me the pizza. I ordered thin and crispy, it was regular crust. And I ordered supreme, all the toppings were in the middle of the pizza, hardly and by the crust or in the middle of the slices. If I wanted regular crust pizza I would have ordered from little ceasars. This pizza sucked and the service i received from the employee was totally inexcusable. Apparently only him and the delivery driver working ( he showed up while the other employee was making the other pizza) , it wasn’t busy because of the UK football game going on at the time, but I betting after the game it would get alot busier, unless most people know that the service and pizza suck at this location.

One staff member in particular, Dale, went above and beyond in delivering my pizza. He was on time, kind and polite. This man needs a raise! The pizza was so good hot and fresh! I wish I had had cash on me to give him a better and proper tip, if there is anyway to reach him plz lmk!

Absolute Trash.
I ordered and paid extra for pan pizzas. What arrived was dehydrated frisbees. I had to drive down to the location to pick up two actual pan pizzas just to be told that what I had was actual pan pizza. The manager explained, “We’ve been so busy, it just didn’t have enough time to proof” as if that’s an excuse. Little does she know, I watch the Great British Baking Show and Paul Hollywood wouldn’t even touch that pizza.
How far the quality of Pizza Hut has fallen.
Got a refund, this whole establishment is trash. Poorly trained staff sending out overpriced, nasty food. I won’t touch it again.

Worst customer service ever. This is how they cut their pizza. I brought it back to have them remake it and the manager couldn’t have cared less. Honest question: How am I supposed to divide up these slices between 6 people?
You would think they would care enough to at least cut the pizza properly. They did however care enough to snatch the pizza away from me only the throw it away. No discount or credit for my hassle and waste of time.

Would give zero stars. Waited almost an hour for my food. Wasnt even acknowledged by staff until about 45 minutes, where they informed me that my food had to be remade because something happened the first time. I understand mistakes happen but I would’ve been much more understanding if I had been informed. On top of that, my cheese sticks were covered in onion, something I did not ask for and didn’t even know they did that. Will never come to this location again.

I have to brag on this little Pizza Hut, they produced a personal pan pizza that not only delivered on taste but also on artistry!
I have included a pic of the pizza I ordered, it really belongs on a billboard to advertise the level of quality in cuisine you get at this location’s Pizza Hut!
If other places have sandwich artists this place would have to have artists on a master’s level. If you want to know why the Mona Lisa has that secretive smile on her face it’s because she probably ate a pizza from here!
They make the pizza right in front of you, the time and progress it takes to make the pizza is displayed on a screen that you can watch as it counts down to the final stage of boxing it up.
The taste was amazingly fresh and the crust was perfect! Best of all this Pizza Hut is right next to my favorite comic shop and also next to where my wife gets her nails done so it really checks all the boxes in what I want in a pizza place.
Bravo to the master artisan who made this work of art and the craftsmanship it took to turnout this perfect pie!
I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone, your masterpiece awaits!
