Placed a phone order, was assured they had my account information via my phone number, which includes my payor source. Food delivered via doordash, who would only take cash payment. Offered cash and was told they didn’t have change. Offered to take cash and get change…who gives a total stranger cash and trusts them to return with change?
Called PH and confirmed my card had not been charged. Returned food to store.
Should have known better than order from here a second time, after previous delivery order was not delivered, after waiting an hour for delivery and was not told at time of order they could not deliver.

I felt so sad for the employees. Sign on door said hiring cooks, servers, and drivers. They were working two peoples jobs each. They were super sweet and the food taste great but owner/management needs to step up for their employees. The 3 stars are for them not the two employees going above their job requirements.

Don’t try and order Cinnabon cream cheese frosting from online. They wont give you any, all you get is the stupid Icing that comes with the cinnamon sticks. Two completely different things. And not even a solution was given, considering I didn’t get what I ordered. So money flushed down the toilet to me for something I didn’t want. But now i can tell others to avoid the same mistake.

Definitely not the old Pizza Hut. I get the owners are doing what they can, but since the franchise itself removed the salad bar, all have gone straight to hell in a handbasket. In a small town like Stanford, the salad bar is what kept this place going. Pizza could have had more sauce, to-go boxes were given when dined in, got cups and ice, but also was handed a cold 20-ounce pop of choice. Salt, pepper, parmesan and hot pepper flakes are now only available in packets. Could be better, could be worse.

Ordered food online. Had to contact store after an hour to be informed that door dash was in route. I told them that door dash wasn’t answering my calls and hadn’t moved in 30 minutes. So they then contacted door dash and got another driver. In short it took 2 hours to get my food. And the food was so hard that you couldn’t eat it. Store offered a credit, not even an apology. But in all honesty it’s an experience I’d rather not repeat.

The pizza was hard. Little to no pizza sauce on it, and for it to be “the big new yorker” with double pepperoni, it had less pepperoni than a regular pepperoni pizza.

I’m only rating 3 stars because it’s superbowl Sunday. I ordered a pizza and breadsticks for take out got there to get it pizzas had fallen off in the floor from the oven people waiting ahead of me long waits I was told 20 minutes when I called but since you don’t talk to someone from the store when you call which I think is messed up I paid for my order but eventually got my money back they hadn’t even started my order after 45 minutes they were so short handed for help I have worked in restaurants along time they where trying so hard I really felt bad for the employees the ones to blame is the head of of Pizza Hut and having someone answear the phone that’s in another state or a machine cause I do get pizza there and it’s always good so don’t always blame the ones trying so hard to do there job
