Ordered a Personal Pan pizza from here last night, which is advertised as being 8”. When I got the pizza, it looked smaller than 8”, so I broke out my tape measurer. As you can see in the pictures, the pizza came in at around 6”. Even worse, the box itself was only 7”.
I’m not sure if this is a problem at just this location or nationwide, but it’s clearly a rip-off.

Samantha, the manager laughed at me when my order was wrong! Told me it wasn’t her concern. Then hung up on me! Pizza Hut replaced the pizza, but with something of less value and not delivered! Not cheese crust. I paid for both. Samantha is a pathetic manager, and doesn’t understand the meaning of customer service! Dont worry, when these videos are placed, her store will plummet in ratings and her name will be well known! There’s a right way and a wrong way to speak to people, and she hasn’t been taught the right way. Shame on her parents! This 3 topping pizza will be expensive for her store. When this is over. They will wish that they had just replaced the pizza! Oh, btw, two days earlier, my 3 topping was burnt! But I accepted that and figured that they were just busy. I didn’t want to bother them!! But a totally wrong pizza is not ok! Her actions and behavior, though, was the final straw!

I will never eat here again. Long story short it is a filthy establishment and they do not wear gloves while preparing your food. Individuals were in the back of the store where they had a baby back there which I can pretty much guarantee that’s a health code violation, as well as the lack of gloves. I would give this a zero star if I could. It was absolutely disgusting and the manager couldn’t care less. He never apologized. He never said thank you for bringing this to my attention. He said nothing. He made zero effort to even attempt to make this right.He truly couldn’t care less.

But I’m trying to do my order online and the app is having some trouble so I haven’t called your number. The young lady I spoke to on the phone phone super annoyed. I asked if I could get the same view I was trying to do online and she finally said I don’t know, I don’t I can’t figure that out. I’ll order online was going to be $22.74, after she took my order over the phone my order was going to be $29.74. It’s the exact same order. Good news is your bad attitude let me know I definitely shouldn’t order from this pizza Hutt.

We ordered pizza at work and the delivery driver stole our order and Samantha came thru in a pinch and made sure we got our order remade quick and perfect! She was absolutely amazing and one of the kindest,sweetest humans on this planet! Working in customer service isn’t always easy so it’s the ones that go the extra mile just because they can! Ordered at 612pm, delivery was supposed to be at 657pm. Called at 715pm to get an update, said it would be ready at 733pm. The Door Dash driver got there 723pm and didn’t leave until 753pm. Finally delivered at 802pm – 1hr and 50min after ordered and 1hr after it was supposed to be plus there is a $5.25 delivery fee. All the food was cold and had to reheat to eat it. Will never order from here again.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location lately, but it was consistently good up until the past few orders. I never get my full order (missing whole items, toppings, or sauces.) The pizza is undercooked, the box is suspiciously wet, and the box (and unfortunately, the pizza) reeks of what smells like cigar smoke.

Why does Pizza Hut charge a $5.00 delivery fee and give nothing to the delivery driver? I think that’s very unfair. Poor delivery drivers get nothing unless we tip than extra than the $5.00. The company should not be greedy and keeping that $5.00 fee.
