Do not order right now!! There’s only one person there, I ordered online and it said it was ready. I came over with with 4 year old son. The front door is locked and the person is purposefully ignoring me. Absolutely rude. I yelled excuse me!! If youre not going to make the food at least give me a refund!!

Exit 59 in Mt Vernon, KY. We knew we should stop and get something because we were going off grid. This place was right next to interstate 75. Nobody there and lots of seating. Waitress was very nice and food arrived hot and yummy. We had the thin crust meat lover’s! It was very chilly inside so wear a sweater!

We sometimes visit Pizza Hut for the lunch buffets. We are both vegetarian, so we usually make a couple salads and have a slice or two of vegetarian pizza. The salad bar was DISGUSTING. Everything was frozen and freezer-burned. Half the salad mix was still frozen. The carrots were literally frozen solid to the container….. doesn’t seem even remotely fresh and made us worry about the safety of the food. Definitely skip this one..

If I could give 0 stars I would. When we called to place the order it took 20 minutes for them to input it. Do NOT order from here. We waited 90 minutes then they called us and said they decided they couldn’t deliver. The driver lost cell service when she was right by our house so she decided not to deliver it.

Food was as expected but Pizza Hut should encourage in house dining once again. The atmosphere is so impersonal and feels more like fast food only you are encouraged to tip even though you place the order online and drive to pickup.
