Bathrooms were disgraceful to cleaners. Overall waitress was nice but rushing us. Food wasn’t bad (I had Alfredo and cheese sticks) though the pasta was small. The lady was kind funny ended up paying about 70 dollars

I remember pizza hut in the 90s being amazing. So when I ordered tonight and was told 30 mins. I thought fantastic. Only for the order to take an hour and on top of that the order was completely wrong. When we called they said it would be another hour to get the correct food out when in reality it would probably be 2. Save yourself the trouble and order dominos or papa John’s.

Pizza is always good and fast but this is a take out only place. Inside is a wreck. Update… Just dropped from 4 stars to 1 star. I just paid $45 for 48 wings plus 20% tip at the drive thru and got 3 bowls of mush. Breading is seperated from the wings. Waste of money. Food is unedible even for my dog. I called the store and they left the ticket number (0077) with the manager but still have not heard back.

Cheese sticks actually had cheese and were very soft and all around great. Pizza was very good. Waitress was very attentive. Will be going back. It was done right and it showed that they care about the food.

Their pizza is really good and they have a nice salad bar. Don’t let my boring salad fool you they had lots of topping options. There was one employee making rounds around the dining area checking on everyone and she was so polite and sweet. Her name is Zoey and I really feel hope she’s appreciated for the work she does because she is what made our experience so great. Four stars is only because I really feel like the whole place needs a deep cleaning and new carpets, but this is not at all the fault of anyone working there. Corporate needs to step it up.

Twice now I have ordered online from the Mt Sterling location and my order each time has been wrong. Im not sure how you can mess up something that is written for you to read! Im allergic to Onions and my Flat bread is caked with them among other unordered ingredients. Im so upset. Like come on now!

Ordered online, they used door dash to deliver and it never made it. Now door dash and pizza hut are trying to pass it off as the other ones problem.
Update called back this morning and they started a refund. Not sure why they wouldn’t do it the day it happened but hey I guess a door dasher got a free pizza

They did not fix our order right the pizza didn’t even taste like pizza this was the Winchester Ky restaurant we called to ask if they could fix it a certian way theu agreed when we got there they did not have it made like we ask plus a few other details thay we had ask them to do that was normal then they put cheese on the fries and Noone ask for it then charged us for them.
