An offsite call center tried to upcharge our order by $10. I canceled the order. When canceling the order the manager said, “You understand that you weren’t calling Pizza Hut, right?” We called the number to the store. As I was saying that, regardless, we would look for somewhere else tonight, she hung up. Highly unprofessional, and we will not be ordering from here again. A fake upcharge combined with a rude manager.

I would go less than 1 star if I could. We ordered delivery an hour and a half before close. We waited and waited for our delivery, but our food still showed preparing. We started to call at 950 pm, since they closed at 10pm. Unable to get anyone by phone, I drove to the restaurant which was locked up tight. They did not have any problems taking my $80. And at this point, still have my $80.
So, to sum up, if you want to eat then go someplace else. If you want to donate money to this place, feel free to do so. I would not expect anything in return.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. They handed it off to DoorDash for delivery. DoorDash driver got lost and couldn’t find my house. I tried calling and couldn’t get through. Finally after an hour the driver called to get directions to my house. They wandered around for an hour before calling me. Finally got a cold pizza delivered. Horrible service! Hey Pizza Hut! Don’t use DoorDash to deliver your product unless you give the driver directions on how to get there. I didn’t ask for DoorDash to deliver it. I expected Pizza Hut to deliver it.

We found a hair in our pizza, both pizzas we received were undercooked in the middle. When we notified the staff of the hair, we were told the situation would be handled, yet could clearly see a young man with very long hair making food with neither a hairnet, nor gloves.

So my delivery was left at the door instead of hand it to me like I requested, and the driver kind of ran away. I picked the pizza box off the ground and my pizza was completely slammed to one side of the box. A lot of the toppings were missing. I think the pizza fell out of the box, and the driver just decided to deliver it anyhow, and run away. There was no sauce of the pizza and I ordered extra sauce as well. I want a full refund for this I called the restaurant and talked to Tiffany but she was very rude to me said the store was closed and there was nothing she could do tonight. I told her I didn’t think the food was safe to eat and I needed to know if it was safe to eat or I’m going to throw it away and I want a refund and she hung up the phone on me . I called back and talked to a nice young man and he told me to contact corporate to get a refund and call them back tomorrow. This was a very terrible experience and I will never use pizzahut again. If I did not get a refund for this order, this was terrible and food safety concerns.
