Over the years, we have purchased a lot of pizza from this location. As time has progressed, this location is getting worse and worse. We ordered a single meat lovers deep dish at 8pm on Nov 1st. Got a text update that the order was being processed. 25 minutes later I clicked the link to check the status of the order to see that the order was cancelled. We attempted to call and were on hold on the phone for 20 minutes! Pizza Hut has hired an answering service to take calls but you don’t actually speak to a store member unless they transfer you. So we waited on the phone and never spoke to a team member. I have been in this location multiple times it’s going downhill. The inside has a weird smell, is dirty in the front area and the kitchen looks distasteful. Pizza Hut is continually dropping the ball especially this location. It either needs an overhaul or close this location. It get’s our 1990’s childhood hopes up to have Pizza Hut then is completely smashed when you attempt to order a pizza and it’s late, or you never get it. BE BETTER DO BETTER PIZZA HUT.

Ordered a pizza at 12:15am through their app 45 minutes before close for delivery. They took the order didn’t cancel, send a message stating they were closing early and couldn’t do the order. Instead our order got switched to a door dash. We had no information and it was getting late. We called the store three times and an employee answered and said we our closed and hung up. 1:00am hit and it was just an automated message. If you were going to cancel why make me wait over 40 minutes under the false impression that will be receiving food. Or did we just forget to check for orders? Either way no care for customers and now my husband and I our stuck running to a gas station to try to find something to eat after a 12 hour shift.

The food quality was awful – ordered the pizza bundle – delivery. Did not receive the sauces that comes with meal. The pizzas looked like they were 2 days old, not hot and bland. They were chicken, bacon and jalapeños and the other was an Italian spicy Italian sausage.
Wings were okay, but with no sauce, it wasn’t up to par. Would not recommend.

The Fact That I Spent $51.85 For Some Breakstick That Feels Like They’ve Been Left In The Air Dryer Too Long !!!! They had My Marinara CUP STUCK TO MY BREADSTICKS….. Cinnamon STICKS WAS SO SLIMY AND HORRIBLE !!!! THE PIZZA WAS BURNT AND SOGGY IDK HOW AND FOR an 1hr&40 Min WAIT YALL NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP I WILL BE THERE SOON AS I LEAVE this HOTEL

Worker in the back was saying racial slurs. It’s inappropriate and the manager did nothing to stop him. This is not the first time this happened and I don’t feel comfortable returning now because no one stops or reprimands him. The boys name is shiquin and he is terrible.

Our order was delish. There was a small speed bump with delivery person that restaurant is contracted with but the manager Mohammed was exceptional in fixing the issue. Definitely will order here again for tasty pizza thanks

Tried to go into the store and order a one topping thin and crispy and they were going to charge $24.99 but if I stood in the store and ordered from my mobile a carry out online order one topping thin and crispy it was $9.99. They said this is there way of promoting online only. So they don’t want customers to decide they want pizza while randomly out and stopping by to pay money for a pizza, because that is absolutely asinine? Will never order or go to Pizza Hut again. And I know they could care less. Same… Too many other really good pizza places .. was going to be just convenient since close to where we were coming from.. Just want people to know don’t give them more money than you should to by trying to order a pizza in person. Order online and carry it out for less although may be physically in the store!! Just ridiculous…
We ended up going to Pizzaville purchasing a one topping, slugger breadsticks, cheesecake slice for $29.99 and all were so delicious!!! Definitely will be going to Pizzaville again!!

I HATE this location!! They are HORRIBLE! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
I ordered delivery, a Pan Cheese half and Pepperoni half….
1. It is COMPLETELY burnt.
2. This is NOT pan crust. I am missing 5 sauces, the Parmesan cheese and the red peppers, which I paid an additional $7 for. ☹️
3. NO ONE at the store is answering the phone. So I cannot ask for it to be re-made. A TOTAL waste of $36.61!
I will drive the 35minutes from JTown to the 7509 Preston Highway Pizza Hut location- THEY ARE BETTER!!
