Both pizzas were dry and tough, one was missing chicken and not square cut as requested. Even the 8 boneless honey bbq wings were dry. The bone in wings were the only decent part of my 42.00 spent tonight. Had the audacity to mention a tip.

Today I ordered the triple threat for me and my gf. It was supposed to come with 2 pizzas, cinna sticks, and bread sticks. What did I receive? A giant box with only my gfs pizza that she ordered. I called the delivery driver 4 times to no avail. Pizza hut here no longer has their own drivers, they contract with door dash. Ok…so I contacted Door Dash and Pizza hut directly. I was pretty understanding, mistakes happen and pizza hut is incredibly popular. I requested a redelivery what I was told by the manager here was “I’m not making any new orders.” Manager was Hella rude and door dash was completely useless. I explained several times that its not a new order, I simply wasn’t given my order, and all the manager kept saying was that she refuses to put in a new order for me. I ended up talking with the pizza hut customer service, because NOW since they refuse to deliver my missing items, i need a refund. The pizza hut costumer service representative claims that they don’t handle refunds. All they can do is put in a request for my refund, and that the higher ups will “see if they can issue my refund in 1-3 business days”. I’m completely done with pizza hut forever.

My family ordered five pizzas from you last night around 5:45 for a 7:15 delivery. The pizzas showed up on time, which was good. But they had clearly been baked probably right after we called to order because they were all cold. Pretty ridiculous!!

This was my third delivery from this location. The first two were perfect, but this most recent order was absolutely unacceptable.
• The “breadsticks” were not breadsticks at all.
• Both pizzas only had sauce on part of the pizza.
• My extra pepperoni was missing.
• The pizzas were cold and unappetizing.

When I called the store, it took a long time to reach someone. I eventually spoke with “Marshall,” who said he was the manager. He informed me they were out of breadsticks and sent me this(See attached photo). He was rude, unapologetic, and dismissive.

Marshall said he would refund my order, but then claimed his regional manager told him I would need to drive to the store with the food to get my refund — even though this was a delivery order. As a travel nurse working 12-hour shifts, I ordered delivery for convenience, not so I could make another trip after work.

I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut locations across the country and never experienced this level of poor service. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this location again.

I hope this issue is addressed to prevent other customers from having the same experience.

The woman who is working today at this location at 12:10pm on November 9th was extremely rude to me. I came in as a doordasher and was waiting over 15 minutes past the pickup time because she dropped a wing and had to cook new ones. That’s totally fine, and I told her that it was fine. However the app allowed me to cancel and send someone else because at that point it wasn’t worth the pay for me. After all, over 15 minutes had been added to the order and I get paid per order. I politely told her they will send someone else and she said to me, “Wow! I will make sure you don’t come back here.”

Order was wrong. Donna the manager told I was wrong how I ordered and that I’d have to drive the pizza back to get a credit. It’s sad that such a large company won’t stand by there product. I paid 26 for a 2 dollar pizza. We eat out many times weekly we will never go here again.
