I ordered the 7.99 pizza box & it comes with a small pizza 4 wings. I received 2 wings – not even the full 4. The pieces were just crust! ♀️

I don’t complain easy or review much unless it’s so bad (or good) that people need to know. The pizza was dry, had no sauce, and it was basically like eating pizza from a display case. We got 2 of these for dinner and almost all of it was thrown away. I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years and I remember why now. Notice the difference in the pic.

I recently ordered from Pizza Hut and had a pretty good experience overall. The pizza arrived hot and fresh with a nicely browned crust and plenty of toppings. I went with a classic pepperoni and cheese, and the flavors were well balanced without being too greasy. The sauce had a nice tang and the cheese was melted perfectly. Delivery was on time, and the pizza was still warm when it got to my door, which is always a plus.
The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the crust was a little thicker than I prefer, but that’s a personal taste thing. The staff was courteous when I placed the order, and the ordering process was easy, whether online or over the phone. Overall, Pizza Hut continues to be a dependable option when you want a tasty, satisfying pizza.

My visit to Pizza Hut on Broadway was absolutely wonderful! The staff here are truly magnificent. They were incredibly helpful and kind, and their positive attitude made the entire experience great.
The restaurant was very clean, which I always appreciate, and the pizza was fantastic. It was a perfect, delicious meal.
I highly recommend this location. The combination of a welcoming, helpful staff and great food makes it an incredible place to get a pizza. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Ordered a pizza for delivery from here on Friday night. Didn’t add a tip in the app because I was gonna give the driver cash. Pie got pawned off to 3rd party driver. Handed him $10 cash when he got here (for a $20 order), opened the box and what I saw was probably the sorriest pie I’ve seen in a long time.
It looked like they cooked it, then set it under a heat lamp for 30 minutes. Cheese was all dried, meats were dried. Just an awful food experience. Just a reaffirmation that we should be ordering food from local spots, not chains.

If I could give this store a zero, I would. I did an online order for 30.00. This store went through doordash to deliver the food. I was delivered one pizza through a different pizza company. I tried reaching out to this store to correct the issue and they told me they couldnt do anything I needed to contact door dash. When contacting door dash they said they couldnt help because the order was placed directly through pizza huts website, they are a third party requested by pizza hut. When speaking to the employee at the store he told me had my food and threw it away because it was never picked up. But they still wont correct the issue. This is insane and I will never do business with this company again.

I place the exact same order weekly: 2 large pizzas with extra cheese. I know what extra cheese looks like. I don’t appreciate being laughed at over the phone when I called to get my order corrected, especially when paying an additional $5.50 just for the extra cheese alone. To the worker loudly making fun of me in
