I used to really enjoy the cinnabons as tasty treats. As a matter of fact i typically always get them, but after this visit, NEVER AGAIN. For $8.00 now i have to put my own icing on no thanks.

Ordered delivery driver got lost! Driver msgd asked if I could come outside I did! Stood outside for over 5 min! I msgd them back they said door dash gave them wrong address! Waited finally got food driver handed me food box was open pasta half hanging out of box I said what happened pointing at the box driver said he tripped going upstairs! Food was cold AND I DID NOT GET MY MOUNTAIN DEW 2 LITER I ORDERED!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!! I msgd driver back 2 get 2 liter got no response!!

I ordered a pizza from this location on August 31st, 2025. I had hair in my pizza. Called to let them know and spoke to Samantha. She told me she would apply a credit for the next time I dine. Speed up to 10-1-25 i called to order lunch, wanted to apply the credit that was applied to my account. I was told they have no record nor have I ever ordered at this location. The gentleman was very rude and told me I was a liar. I have the email to support that I ordered at this particular location. I am very disappointed. I had to throw away my pizza in August because I refuse to eat a pizza with someone else’s hair in it. Now im completely out of my money! I would never go to this establishment again!

I’ve had a love/hate relationship with this location over the years. Mostly love, but some hate. Lol. Today’s experience was on point. I ordered and paid online, asked for pickup a certain time, and it was ready when I got there! There was only one person working, which surprised me a bit. Anyway, I got the Detroit Style Pizza and pizza roll-ups. The pizza was so good. I love the crispy pepperoni perfect. The sauce seems different than their usual pizza sauce, but it was a perfect fit for this pizza. Can’t wait to go back. Pizza Hit has redeemed themselves again.

The customer service at Pizza Hut is deplorable! The Pizza Hut app is only slightly better than the customer service. The app didn’t place my order the first four attempts. Submitting my order the fifth time resulted in order confirmation for contactless pickup. When the app showed my order would be ready in six minutes I tapped the “I’m here” link and the page remained the same. Tapped the link a second time ten minutes later and the app said to call the store and let them know you’ve arrived. I called the local number however all calls are answered at a call center and the lady transferred me to the local store. The phone rang for two minutes and 23 seconds gave a busy signal and disconnected because the employees were not answering the phone. We could see employees looking out the windows and standing at the counter but they ignored the ringing phone. About 12 minutes after the app said our order was ready an unmasked employee came to the car, said “Here you go” handed me the boxes and walked off! The Pizza was hot which was the only positive regarding this experience. My pizza was given the extra topping of a black end french fry! Yuck! The triple chocolate brownie was not cut and undercooked. The only way to eat it would be with a fork or spoon, if you want to eat a half cooked gooey mess. I tried to call and let a manager know how very disappointed we were but instead I was on hold for ten minutes 27 seconds and then the phone disconnected from their end. Apparently they do not have time to concern themselves with their customers. Absolutely unacceptable service! The food needs improvement as well.

I always have an excellent experience at this Pizza Hut. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Orders are prompt and precise. I like the screen in the waiting area that lists the status of orders. Thanks to all the staff here who are kind and attentive to customers. I can tell they work hard to provide great value to their customers. The $6.99 box is such an amazing value and I order it often. I hope it’s on the menu to stay.

Just ordered using reward points and a voucher for $15 for a previously bad experience involving missing food. Upon arriving to pick up my order I learn it was given away to someone else. So I wait for another 20 minutes for them to remake my order, only to overhear that they only had one pizza done and hadn’t even started on my other ordered menu items. Ended up just leaving the store.

Updated from 5 years ago. It’s 12/12/24 now and they once again have GREAT TASTING FOOD! Always fresh and hot plus they actually add extra sauce as requested. Good prices too.
