I tried to call and find out about a pizza but my call was routed to a call center. When I asked about the pizza they immediately wanted my name. My name was not answering the question about the pizza. I told the operator that I just needed the information about the pizza not trying to order one just yet. She insisted that I give her my name. The telephone number to the location I would have ordered from would not ring the ring through. So Pizza Hut has now officially lost my business. I refuse to go through a switchboard from who knows where to discuss pizza.

Looked good but wings are pathetic don’t even have sauce on them! I recommend checking the box before you leave unlike me. And the breadsticks were hard… won’t be eating here again not worth $45 maybe $20 at most.. gross

Just skip this pizza hut and drive to springhurst if you must have pizza hut. We went to this pizza hut a couple weeks ago and got home with our pizza, and it was extremely burnt. Pretty much inedible and definitely not enjoyable. We came back last night and the pizza was burnt to a crisp again. When my husband told the worker, he said he knew it was burnt and should’ve turned the oven down. So they are knowingly giving their customers burnt pizzas instead of remaking them. We got the donut bites as well and opened it and it looks like dog poop or weird ground beef. My husband took that back in, and they said “oh yeah, we aren’t supposed to shake them up because they fall apart, but someone did anyway.” This is just wild to me that they are knowingly doing everything wrong and just don’t care. They also won’t give you any extra sauces you pay for, so we are out a couple bucks on those too. Just skip the LaGrange location.

Food is never ready on time. Then when you get there you find out why when you see numerous employees smoking out front of the store and playing around. Then you walk in and no one greets or helps you until of the goofballs from outside finally decides to come back in. If this is new management i would hate to see the old management. Unbelievable how far Pizza Hutt has fallen from what it used to be.

I ordered a pesto pizza and it arrived with no pesto or the garlic it was supposed to have so basically I got a tomato sauce cheese and tomato pizza which was pretty bad. I reached out and customer service said the store would reach out in 3 business days. I waited a week and sent a message that no one reached out. They apologized and said the store would reach out in 3 days again. I waited another two weeks and reached out again. Still not response. The initial conversation started on 4/8 and it is currently 5/15…I would at least like a response

The workers were in the parking lot running around and with other people. The guy at the counter was rude. The breadsticks were hard and hollow. The chicken was very small and way too much sauce. And the pizza was dry and over cooked. He also didn’t even give me all my order at first and had to wait.

If you what Pizza Hut just go pick it up for yourself. This location using door dash. Part of my order was missing. I called the store and they told me they use door dash and that I would have to call to them. They couldn’t do anything about it. The store did credited the missing party back to my cc but I wanted that part of my order. Manager told me I could drive up there and get it. That’s why they receive one star instead of zero on this review. I called door dash. Rep told me she was going to call the store to verify. After ten mins on hold, she comes back on to say she was unable to get a hold of the store. This store is a joke…wings were good

ABSOLUTELY disgusting, breadsticks weren’t cute or cinnamon sticks. They are gross , you can literally taste that the dough has soured, as well as it is like rubber. The likely hood of a reorder from here slim to none. It’s the second or third time now an it’s only become worse each order.I have never ate such disgust at any pizza hut as this location. Which is really disappointing. I truly hope that corporate steps in and fixes whatever it is going on an needed, as well as being sure the food is not spoiled.

OMG. A month ago I ordered two pizzas. Apparently they have DoorDash deliver for them sometime, and the DoorDasher ate something from everything we ordered. We received credit and ordered tonight. They still messed up the order. I think Papa John’s hired some people to work at this particular store.
