There was a tall young gentleman at the front when I walked in. I believe his name was Will Borden. He was super friendly and very efficient. He took my order and made my food very fast! Would always recommend if he was on shift. Amazing service and wonderful man!

Placed an online order Wednesday Nov. 12. After about an hour and a half I called the store and asked if it was going to be delivered soon. The guy on the phone told me it had already been delivered by a girl named Mya. I assured him it was not. He then told me he’d remake it and have it sent out and I said ok. I waited another hour and a half and called back. This time a lady answered and I told her the situation. She also told me the same thing the guy said to me the first time. I declined this time and asked for a refund. He shouldn’t have offered to have it remade and sent back out if it wasn’t going to happen. Made my kids wait for something that was never coming.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at this location. Although I was a paying customer, I was informed that restrooms were not available for use by anyone. While I understand the need for certain policies, it seems unreasonable to deny restroom access to customers who are actively supporting the business.
Additionally, when I requested napkins, I was told that none were available because they did not arrive on the delivery truck. This left me with the impression that basic necessities for customers are not being prioritized, possibly as a cost-cutting measure.
As someone who visits this location frequently, I was very discouraged by this experience. I hope management will address these issues so that future visits better reflect the standards of service and hospitality that customers should be able to expect.

Ordered a pizza for pu. With wings and desert. More than an hour later I took the pizza and desert and left without wings. They owe me wings!! 12 customers in waiting area! Pizza had been sitting on top of oven and dried out. No knife in my desert. Etc. Managers ignoring everyone. Poor general mgt obviously.

I have been in the service industry for my whole life. The manager of this Pizza Hut is the rudest most unprofessional manager I’ve ever met in my life. I deliver through a few gig apps. DoorDash, Uber, etc…
I have been doing this for over a year and never have I had an issue using the restroom at the restaurant or retail store I was picking up my customers delivery from. Well today was the day. I asked if there was a code for the restroom this rude manager Jennifer, Jessica something like that. She rudely told me that the restrooms were for customers only. So what does that make me nobody? I’m only out here delivering your restaurants orders for your customers. I’m so sorry I was not made aware that I needed a portable toilet for me to use the bathroom.
