2 stars bc they were nice about replacing my order but they literally made it the same way burned and not appetizing at all. We ordered a family box with cheese bread and the cheese bread was burned and hard.. and they thought that was ok… one small section had semi soft cheese on it but the rest was very hard.

This is the worst managed Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. The waitress I had was rude cause I asked when the dessert pizza would be out. Her reply well you have to wait he has a lot to do. Then upon checking out -waiting while another waitress took over the phone orders the waitress says loudly knowing I wasn’t happy how she’s sorry I wasn’t happy she was totally being a smarty.!.;. not a professional. At no time during the 49 -50 minutes I was there was there more than one pizza on the buffet. The pickings were pathetic. The main issue isn’t even the waitress that seems to hate her job so much she takes it out on customers. it’s that you pay the price but they do not make sure there is a good selection available. There was cheese pizza and one hamburger pizza and they were demolished immediately and other people where complaining. there was another waitress that was very nice and constantly working. I guess they are trying to save money with a skeletal staff but that is really stupid during lunch rush. Also the cook said let call ins know there is a 2.5 hour wait on deliveries. How much do you think this manager is costing Pizza Hut, should be replaced. Won’t be back this is the second time I was here same slim pickings

Picked up two pizzas ordered online. Yummy! $28 for 2 large pizzas. One with 5 toppings and the other had 3. Last place we had was a hot n ready from a nameless place. All dried out. My fresh made pizzas were great! Love pizza that doesn’t turn the bottom of the box all greasy. Tasty!

I had previously given a 1 star review due to multiple bad experiences, with both customer service and low quality food. I’m not sure if the management has changed, but something definitely has. We have given this Pizza Hut another try a couple times recently and it’s a totally different experience. Everything has been as expected and delivery arrived in a timely manner. We did a carry out and everyone was friendly. The reward program through the app is great too.

Waited an hour and a half for a delivery and called to see what was up. We were told the pizza was just coming out the oven. 40 minutes later called back and they said they were on the way. Few minutes later pizza arrived cold and with the wrong crust. Waited almost 3 hours for barely edible food and customer service was . No offers to reconcile and they forgot our ranch which we had to pay for. Wouldn’t bother going back. We deserve better 🙁 price point is acceptable if you have a coupon/deal but regular price is too much, especially for that quality.

Delivery was good, but pizza is kind of less than average. It was okayish. Buffalo sauce is not great. Pizza was better reheated in the oven the next day. Stuffed crust is a good price though! Wish it had more flavor.

Why do the drivers feel they don’t have to give us change? The last two times I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut my change has been like $4 and some change and the drivers have said they had no change whatsoever so that if I did want change I would have to wait on them to I guess go back to their store get change and come back to my house with change knowing that my tab was 23 whatever or 26 whatever you assume every person pays the exact bill or is not having change a trick that drivers use to take more money from the guest because it feels like a ploy to take more of my money.

I ordered carry out and when I walked in Bridget let me know they had to redo my pizza. Tim was remaking it and it was well worth the wait! My food was hot, my family was very happy, the customer service was excellent, and we are human and they were already fixing an error made from my online order. I am very grateful and had great convo while waiting. A1 Service!
