We are visiting from Florida and came in to eat. We go to the one where we live in Eustis Florida and can order a pizza to be put on the buffet. Not here at this location. Ask to have a half chicken and half sausage thin crust. We were told that chicken was to expensive and could not put it on the buffet. Your buffet price is more expensive than ours in Florida and they do it with zero problems. I also had to go through three people before I found someone who could add our order to my rewards?? I will say the salad bar is excellent and they did keep fresh pizza on the line. We had to go up and get our own silverware and drinks. The customer service could use some work.

What are hours at this location? Came on Sunday evening around 6pm, dining room was empty, no one was up front, and salad bar had boards laid across it. All the items had been removed. We left.

If your damn workers can’t handle the $2 Personal Pan Pizza deal on Tuesdays, then I suggest you just closed that day or refuse to participate in the deal. I ordered through the app and already paid and sat in the drive-thru gor 15 minutes and even the car that was already at the wondow and first in line wasn’t moving at all. On top of that, why was the dining area inside closed and everyone was locked out? If you’re the owner, you need to get this crap under control. If this was my restaurant, you best bet I would be there on busy days taking care of my customers. I left and went to Subway. This was just ridiculous. And now I have to go through the refund process just because management is horrible. Most people only get a 1 hour lunch break. Do better!
