I started using the Pizza Hut app on my phone, so I wouldn’t have to try to make an order over the phone. Seemed to work well until I tried to use my rewards points for free cheese sticks. The app wouldn’t let me add my reward to my order. I kept getting a message something like “Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later.” I thought because I added my reward after I placed the rest of my order in the cart might be the problem. So I emptied my cart, closed and reopened the app, and tried placing the reward in my cart first. It wouldn’t let me add anything else to the cart. I got a message like (Your cart will be emptied! Proceed?), and the only choices were YES or NO. Do the rewards items have to be ordered separately??? What??? If so, why does the button on the rewards list say “Add to cart”??? Kind of disgusted. Seems like the rewards system was DESIGNED to make the redemption process overly complicated, or just plain unusable.

A restaurant should never get this bad. There is what looks like 3 employees attending to the whole store. None of the tables are clean and I’ve seen patrons have to move dishes just to sit down and eat. An employee even came to check on who was here, take the tips off the tables, and not bus them.

Pizza hit in bay springs need to be cleaned the lobby floor look like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Called my order in ahead of time got there 30 minutes later my order were not ready, the young lady that took my order didn’t apologize for not having my order ready didn’t even come to the front. The other person were could be little more professionally. Pizza hut bay springs have gone down.

Worst place ever to get food! Manager acted out of character and has no clue what being a manager means!!!!!! My whole order was wrong and tried to call back up there to see if they could fix my order that was totally wrong!!!! Manager answered the phone and when I tried to explain my order she said fine in or carry out! I said ma’am my order was wrong and she said please hold…. then hung up on me. So I called back and asked for the manager. It was the woman that hung up on me. So I went back to the store to ask if they would fix my order and asked for the manager in person and she refused to remake my food. Only wanted to just give my money back. I don’t understand what kind of business this is!!!!

The worst place to ever get pizza. They should be ashamed. Ordered a large pan super supreme and the toppings were all dried out and did not get a pan crust but some sort of unleavened bread. Why is this place still open? This has been this way for years.
