We placed a take out order online and came in to pick it up. There were five people working and no one acknowledged us for the first ten minutes we were standing there. Finally someone said they’d be with us in a minute but then proceeded to make us wait another ten minutes. Our pizzas were ready the entire time, but no one would come to the front to give them to us. Once we got the pizzas home, the dough was raw. Bad management all around and really bad pizza. I would never go back here.

I am a doordasher who wanted to use the restroom and they were very serious that no way could I use the public restroom. I drive all day and am delivering their pizza for penny’s and she said there was no way “because of the homeless in the area” what does that have to do with me. I said “if I told you I was a pastor would that change anything?” No was still the answer. I don’t understand. If you have to use the restroom do so before coming to get your pizza here.

My order was exactly right and was delicious. Because it was delivered later than expected they gave me free large pizza for the next time i ordered. The lady that took my order was so polite and helpful. I believe her name was Zoe. She went above and beyond with my order. I have no complaints about this Pizza Hut.

These guys are always fantastic. I’m habitually late for my pickups because my car’s been breaking down lately, and they never give me a hard time about it at all. They just hand me my pizza with a smile. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate not having to feel bad about being late on top of all the other things I have going on right now. Thanks, y’all!

Do not eat at this Pizza Hut. Please save your money. I wish I could give them zero stars. I decided to give this Pizza Hut another try and regretted it. I wasted $40 on pizza I threw in the garbage. It was still doughy. The cheese sticks weren’t even good and they use to be great every single time. The pizza isn’t good even when it is cooked. They have changed.. the service at the store is still really great but the food is not. I called to see if I could do something about it. She said to being it in and let the manager look at it and they might make me another one. I didn’t worry with it.

I no longer like this Pizza Hut at all. They got rid of the entire staff that was previously there (which i loved) and hired all new people. The inside even looks different. I’ve gotten pizza only twice since the change but will find another one. I don’t like it there at all now. The pizza is different and isn’t good.
