The absolute worst service I’ve received from a pizza restaurant that I didn’t get a pizza from. I called to find out what time they closed and was told 7pm. I called back later at 6:13pm to place an order and was told by the same person that they weren’t taking anymore orders for the night. I asked again what time they closed, and was told in 20mins. (6:33pm). When I asked if they closed at 7pm they told me they would check with a manager to see if they could accept and order. I waited on hold for 5 mins, then they hung up. I called back and the “supervisor” picked up and lie and said that I must haves called they wrong place. After a lot of back & forth she ended up putting the original person that I spoke with back on the phone. That person who I spoke to originally lied and said I didn’t speak with her and laughed. I let them know how unprofessional this whole experience was and told them that I’d leave this review.

Went to order pizza and it took an hour and a half trying to use the app before we called customer service. They proceed to tell me the system was fried because of an online promotion. Wanted my points, she said no problem, just keep my receipt. We call the store for about 30 minutes, no answer. We drive over only to find out they had closed two hours earlier at 8:30!!!!!!! 2 hours wasted trying to order 6 pizzas all for nothing! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE update your times of operation on Google, your website, and your app!!!!!!!! Because they all say you close at midnight!! Absolutely no reason to have not done this! I’m not from here and our town is smaller and Pizza Hut stays open there until midnight. Never heard of one closing at 8:30 on a Friday night.

It took them more than 5minutes to take my order of 2 large pan supreme with one topping specialty which was 2 large pan pepperoni total $46.06 when my husband went to collect our order no body come out he had to call out for them. As for the pizza I can’t rate on that because we didn’t eat it we just bought it for my loyal customers
