Good pizza, good staff and service very clean inside, has drive thru, pickup service, and will walk your pizza to you if need be, watch them put 100 pizzas in a van for a function, still got mine in about 15 minutes. My pizzas was perfect no complaints, spoke to manager I forgot his name, he runs a tight ship

The prices were way overpriced. And i wouldn’t be complaining about spending +$65 for 2 pepponi pizzas, 2 cheese sticks and 1 chicken Parmesan. The $20 pizzas didn’t even have any hardly pepperoni on them for being pepperoni lovers. Looked nothing like the picture menu. Staff was ok and polite.

I’ve officially reached my limit with this location. We ordered today and the experience was a total disaster, which seems to be the norm here. Even when you order ahead, they take forever to get the food ready—there is zero point in “ordering ahead” at this shop.
Today’s order was the final straw:
Safety Concern: The chicken on the pizza tasted sour, which is completely unacceptable and dangerous.
Wrong Order: We ordered hand-tossed crust but received thin crust instead.
Poor Quality: The breading had completely fallen off the boneless wings, leaving a soggy mess, and the cheese sticks had no flavor at all.
Between the long wait times, the constant order errors, and now the spoiled-tasting meat, we will not be shopping here anymore. Save your time and money and go somewhere else in Meridian.

There is an older man that runs the place now and he is very friendly and nice and most of the girls are also. One lady went out of her way to give my little Carousel puppy a couple of treats while we were visiting. We have the carnival there every year. Thanks for the great accommodations. Thanks Cupcake

Despite being significantly understaffed, all the employees were kind and it was apparent they were all overworked and trying their best, but after ordering a pizza for pickup, waiting for it to be ready, then going and having to wait an additional 25 minutes is pretty crazy. Get these folks some more help up there for the after work Rush! They were all nice and friendly, just stretched way to thin!

so yesterday i went and they charged me for someone else’s order which was 5$ more then mine. lied and told me they were going cancel it and never did. when i went today to tell her that it never came off my card she VERY rude. when i told her it was ok that next time i will just use dominos she said god bless and shut the window in my face and didn’t even give me the stuff i ordered. i’m not a person of conflict so i will let this go but it will be the LAST time i go to the north hills location.

Twice I’ve ordered the Big Dinner Box, and twice I haven’t been given any marinara sauce, ranch or bleu cheese. For $26, you’d like to get everything that comes with it. The girl that handed it to me opened it to check it, but didn’t close it all the way before handing it out of the window.
