UPDATE: The pizza was left on my front porch at 1 pm the next day. Clearly a day old. Neither the store, nor Pizza Hut Corporate, will respond to me.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Pizza was never delivered, despite the delivery person claiming it was “handed” to me. I tried calling the delivery driver, as well as the store itself, and never got any answer. Even the Pizza Hut corporation was no help, as they just sent me a hollow apology and a statement that they’d sent my complaint to the store.
If you want to be sure your money isn’t taken, and you actually receive your pizza, order from somewhere else.

Voiced my issue online but nothing. Second issue, other was with a different store few months back, and nothing. GM in restaurants so I get the struggles obstacles etc. This location served me a pizza that was not cooked or maybe gluten free. Pizza hut normally is good. Last two visits to different stores has not been good. Voice a complaint then nothing says shop somewhere else because we don’t care

I order 2 liters Pepsi did not receive with my order. Contact pizza hut manager she said what you want me to do and hung up in my face. I called back the one who gave door dash my order said I gave them your 2 Pepsi then hung up in my face. Very bad customer service. I spent almost 100.00. Don’t order from this Pizza Hut. They need to fire the whole staff. They are not worth rating.

My kids love Pizza Hut . The store on Bailey Ave is ok. The food is hot and not bad just so dark there in the parking lot after the sun goes down. They need better lighting. If you have a complaint don’t expect resolution. They will tell you they don’t have a manager or district manger. They have really gone down.

I order my pizza online, I arrived to pick it up I rung the doorbell and the worker looked at me a turned around like I was standing there. I rang the doorbell several more times I got the same response. I then call the store phone no answer then I called again and she picked up, and I asked her why didn’t she answer the door. Then she proceeded to laugh and hung up the phone on me. I never received my food,but I did call corporate on her.

Just ordered a pizza from here. It was delivered quickly, but the guy did not have the appropriate change. And i was not about to give him a 5.00 tip, so was unable to get my order. He did not offer any solutions other okay you have a good day. I dont think i will be ordering from here again. How can you be delivering pizza without correct change or barely any change.

After my complaint I received a call a couple days later. She was polite, gave a sincere apology, and i was told she reprimanded the store and driver. I also received a 15.00 credit and when i called it i received great customer service. The pizza came promptly and was eaten even quicker.

Do not order from here. They took our money, didn’t deliver the food, then wouldn’t answer the phone. Based on the other reviews, it’s clearly not just us. It’s a scam and I’m sure they know it since no complaints go anywhere and you can’t even get ahold of them.
