The customer service was definitely off. Not very friendly. My pizza and meat were overcooked and mostly cheese in the center (camera coloring issues so not realistic here). I was disappointed. Had holly bush Rd store last time and it was fresh & perfect so I was craving another one.

I ordered my kids and I the ultimate dinner that comes with two pizzas, 8 piece wings and cinnamon sticks for 27.25. When I opened the boxes to check my food, I noticed the pizzas was half done so I asked the cashier for a partial refund. While waiting I checked the wings and there was hardly no sauce on them. So I asked for a full refund. I also asked her would she eat it if she bought it like that she stated NO and refused to give me her name when I asked for it!

this was horrible , my family hated it . it was dry , no moisture , over cooked . the wings were disgusting, they were hard . definitely don’t recommend . i spent too much money to be eating garbage!

I should have ordered no sauce or light sauce. I forgot my acid pills and couldn’t enjoy the pizza like I wanted to. But I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta because of that. The pasta was overcooked and the chicken was dry. They’ve made it smaller than it used to be. But it costs much more. Definitely a disappointment. I ended up giving it away.

My last order I received a free 2 topping medium pizza and an order of fries and cheese sticks. The pizza was okay but the cheese stick were barely cut and the marina sauce was entirely too sweet. I ordered the fries for my daughter and they were barely any fries in the container, to be $3 I would say I was overcharged. If you could maybe work on pizza cutting skills and possibly change the sauce recipe it would be greatly appreciated.

If I could leave a minus star it would be justice. The Caucasian guy cook is one sorry, lazy person. Everytime he works my food is always burnt and not worth eating. When the older Caucasian lady; who I believe is the manager, is here my food is always perfect. This location gets a lot of business but it needs to be closed or they truly need another cook.

I would rate this location higher but the attitudes of the staff on every encounter are just poor and not welcoming. They make you feel as if you are bothering them by spending money there. Otherwise, the food is always good and hot, never had a problem with food but good Customer Service seems to be a stretch for them. Work on that and they could be top ranked!
