After waiting 25 minutes at the store after my scheduled pick up time, I arrived home to an uncooked pizza with cheese that wasn’t even melted. Tried calling for 30 minutes until they closed at 11:00 p.m. but phone call never went through, even after bin transferred from Pizza Hut’s 1800 number.

Ordered a pizza at 7:43 pm and at 9:20 pm was delivered a cold stiff pizza. Called to check on it multiple times for a refund then was supposed to get to speak with a manager and was transferred to a busy signal. Multiple times. Hate leaving reviews but they earned this one.

This pizza is by far the worst I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut. It was not only thrown around. It was half done. And when it was delivered it was suppose to contactless delivery but the delivery driver knocked on the door and insisted to wait on a response. Then when i tried to call the store and get the survey number the lady who answered the phone sat the phone down and walked away. The worst Pizza Hut.

Every time I order from this location I never receive my food on time and it’s always cold. Once my food was just thrown by my door and when trying to reach out to management, you get no responses. I’m currently waiting now it’s been almost two hours. Nobody answers the phone for at the actual location.

I ordered from this location (Lake Harbour) for the first time in over 2 years. I had stopped ordering Pizza Hut Pizza at this location. However, I ordered some two weeks ago and it was great. I couldn’t believe the difference from two years ago. Obviously, there’s someone there that truly cares about the quality of their work. It was so good, that I ordered again the next week thinking that I would be disappointed. Yet again, it was great! It looked great, it was cooked well and it also tasted great! I stopped ordering in the past because it wasn’t done and it just looked like it was thrown together. The two pizzas that I’ve gotten on separate occasions in the past two weeks look like they could have been on a commercial. Keep up the great work on making your pizza. I will continue to order many more as long as you guys stay consistent. The boneless wings could have used a little more sauce. They were barely coated. Other than that, no complaints here.
