The portion of fries that you get for the price is ridiculous. $3.19 for 12 fries, I can buy a whole bag myself. The manager made it right but it’s sad that you make it home to see your food incorrect and call the store no answer. So you have to drive almost 30 mins back to the store while the rest of your food is getting cold. Then on top of the amount of fries you receive, they are ice cold and fried too hard. Don’t cook the fries before you cook the rest of the food and leave the fries to get cold geez. I don’t know sometimes this store is on point with food sometimes it slacks.

I was in Ms and learned about the $2 Tuesdays (personal pan). Pizza was excellent but no lie, they would allow you to come in but they would lock you in. The building is small so they only allow a few people in at a time. They are slammed with customers.

I ordered pickup on 8/16 around 8:30-9pm. When I arrived to pickup my order, it wasn’t ready but the workers were slammed with orders and people steadily coming inside. No one ever panicked or got flustered and everyone stayed busy the entire time. They were doing everything they could to get orders ready. Even the guy in the back with his arm in a sling was doing his part to keep things moving! And you know what? My order was hot and fresh when I got it because I had to wait on it. I just want to praise everyone working at this location during this shift. I know they were tired, but they were killing it! (And thank you for my supper!)

I have always enjoyed pizza hut. Living in a small town with limited pizza parlors I always buy Pizza hut pizzas . I don’t enjoy posting negative reviews but at same time pizza hut natchez is no longer same. Over the last 2 yrs I’ve received pizzas thar were not properly cooked. I always raise the issue when I order nothing changes its always a not so good pizza. I feel the staff should get more training in how a pizza is properly prepared.

I usually don’t go here without a coupon. My wife prefers Pizza hut so we do come here. Calling ahead is a good idea as it will save you a wait. The pizza is always good but a little greasy for my taste. Service is good and the wait usually isn’t too bad. Fairly new establishment.

The service in Natchez MS has been so consistently bad that I will no longer eat at your establishment. I purchased lunch for my family, received the delivery notification, the food arrived extremely cold, stiff, and inedible almost 2 hours after the delivery notification. Natchez is barely 20 miles in radius, and I live less than 10 minutes from the restaurant. The restaurant did not answer any calls for over an hour prior to the super late delivery so I was unable to cancel the order. I had my kids toss the food because I had previously taken them lunch from a different restaurant. I wasted nearly $50 and stupidly tipped on my credit card upfront. NEVER AGAIN
