This pizza was so good. Never been the type of person to eat pineapples on my pizza, but this was delicious. Even my kids liked it. We normally just get spinach and Alfredo on our pizza, but we decided to try something new. I placed my order online and went in to pick it up. The young lady was very sweet. She cooked that pizza to perfection. I’m not a pizza hut person, but I will be back to this one.

My husband ordered me a personal pan veggie pizza. It was one of worst pizzas I’ve ever had. According to the website, it should have included fresh white mushrooms, onions, crisp green peppers, diced tomatoes and black olives. It had no tomatoes at all and barely had any of the other toppings. How hard is it to put veggies on a pizza?? If a customer orders a pizza with veggies — no meat, they ACTUALLY would like to taste the veggies and not just bread. It was ridiculous. The worst part is that I’m sure they don’t care about any of these negative comments — obviously the owner of this franchise doesn’t care either. Therefore, nothing will change. Sad….

They only reason I gave 2 stars is because the deliver driver was nice but I ordered pizza (2) from this location received 1 pizza and the other was just a box (no pizza inside). I called the store and the lady who answered the phone sounded as if I should have ate the box. Like it was my fault.

There is nothing that would make me recommend this store and I will be requesting a refund. My order arrived over an hour and a half late. Estimated delivery was at 7:29. At 8:13, I began calling to inquire about the status and kept being told it had been dispatched for delivery at 7:34 pm. Although I placed 8 calls, I was unable to reach anyone from the local store and no one contacted me about the delivery status. The lukewarm order finally arrived at 9:04 after I had already placed another order from a different pizza restaurant. I only live 3.2 miles from the restaurant, so if it left at 7:34, I should have arrived no later than 7:45.

I ordered Meat Lovers and ended getting Supreme. I had to double check my order via the app just to make sure I didn’t request supreme… app clearly shows meat lovers! Very, very dissatisfied & disappointed.

When it’s good it’s good. When it’s not, boy is it frustrating. My parents order pizza almost once a week, delivery. Sometimes it’s not fresh, the seal is broken and the box is crushed. Almost exactly like the Digerno pizza commercials.

Nothing you could have done better. If it came up naturally in conversation, I would strongly recommend, but otherwise I’m not gonna scream it from the rooftops. It was the first time I’ve used this location and it IS the best quality Pizza Hut I’ve had in a decade though. So kudos to staff. Wish I would have tasted it before I left the tip. I would have tipped more.
