After my last experience I figured I would try once more to get a pizza from here. I ordered 2 large pizzas and cheesbread. I arrived the screen said order was ready. The cashier asked my name I gave it to her signed my receipt. And 15 minutes later she comes and tells me my pizza hasn’t been made yet it will be another 15 minutes. I asked why it states it is ready I was told sometimes it’s wrong and they are doing all they can do. I asked for my money back and 10 minutes later I finally got my money. This place needs a huge management or owner change if they want to stay in business. I will no longer waste my time and money here. Please spend a little more and find a better place you are appreciated.

This pizza was so good. Never been the type of person to eat pineapples on my pizza, but this was delicious. Even my kids liked it. We normally just get spinach and Alfredo on our pizza, but we decided to try something new. I placed my order online and went in to pick it up. The young lady was very sweet. She cooked that pizza to perfection. I’m not a pizza hut person, but I will be back to this one.

This was the BEST Pizza Hut I’ve had in over 10 years.
I’m not kidding — from the first bite, I could tell this crew actually cared about what they were putting out. The crust was perfect, the toppings were on point, and everything was fresh and hot. It honestly blew me away.
If I could bring this whole location back to Houston with me, I would. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a pizza from anywhere — let alone Pizza Hut — that hit like this one did.
Whoever’s running that kitchen, hats off to you. You brought me back to when Pizza Hut was elite. Keep doing what you’re doing.

The food and building smell so delicious, couldn’t wait to get my pizza home to eat. Oh my, what tragedy. Pizza doesn’t have real mozzarella cheese! This is fake cheese…..I’m done with pizza hut.

They had GREAT customer service! My food wasn’t delivered when the app said it was, so I called and the manager was so kind and helping! Not even 5 mins after we got off the phone, their delivery lady showed up and she was so KIND! We will definitely be back. And my husband says their wings are better than Buffalo Wild Wings

There is nothing that would make me recommend this store and I will be requesting a refund. My order arrived over an hour and a half late. Estimated delivery was at 7:29. At 8:13, I began calling to inquire about the status and kept being told it had been dispatched for delivery at 7:34 pm. Although I placed 8 calls, I was unable to reach anyone from the local store and no one contacted me about the delivery status. The lukewarm order finally arrived at 9:04 after I had already placed another order from a different pizza restaurant. I only live 3.2 miles from the restaurant, so if it left at 7:34, I should have arrived no later than 7:45.

When it’s good it’s good. When it’s not, boy is it frustrating. My parents order pizza almost once a week, delivery. Sometimes it’s not fresh, the seal is broken and the box is crushed. Almost exactly like the Digerno pizza commercials.
