I asked for extra mushrooms on my pizza. I get home there is none on it at all. My other pizza was suppose to be cheese and black olives and no olives on it so i wasn’t very happy bout that. The pizza tasted fine though

This particular pizza hut is the most inconsistent one I have ever visited. I have more luck during the lunch hours but their evening crew throws pizzas together like they do not care. Hopefully they can figure it out soon.

Found out tonight that they charge a surcharge for dining in. Tried to get a large pizza and 12 wings was charged $49.00. Restaurant is dark and dirty and tables and chairs are in need of maintenance.

The pizza was made perfect but the customer service sucked! I asked for my receipt and the girl turned around and made a comment and said really? I said yes, I would like my receipt. She stormed away and got someone to print my receipt off for me. That is NOT good customer service. Everyone should be given their receipt when they purchase one. Train your employees on proper etique and manners. It was bought a the Forest Pizza Hut on Hwy 35.

The food was great!! I would have given 5 stars if they had been a little less stingy on the icing for all the cinnamon sticks I ordered. I only got ONE thing of icing dipping sauce for what equalled THREE orders of cinnamon sticks!!!! Even though I asked for more, they only gave me ONE!!!!!!!

Overall the service at this Pizza Hut was very good. What I would recommend is allowing for a little bit more brightness in the customer service and a little bit more action an activity in the interactions with the customer. Also having a greater expansion of options available in the menu i.e. beverages would also tip the scale for a strongly agree.

I visited this Pizza Hut on 3/27/22. We (myself and 7 year old girl I tutor) walked in restaurant and stood at counter. Several workers saw us and never spoke or acknowledged that we were there. After about 2-3 minutes I walked out. The 7 year old stated, “They never even spoke to us, they acted like they didn’t see us!” Well, now you have our experience at this Pizza Hut from a 7 year old!!!
By the way, the dine in area was in total disarray as if construction was going on. This was absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I have ever visited!!!

Went to location at 9:15pm. Was asked if I was there to pick up. Told the girl working I would like to dine in. I was quickly told that the dining room was closed. The hours posted on google and the physical store are from 11am-10pm. No separate hours posted for dine in.
