I can’t count how many times. I’ve done ordered a pizza and it came back looking and tasting old. I even put in the comments to “PLEASE” make my pizza fresh this time. A couple of weeks ago they had brung an old hard pizza me and my son had diarrhea for a couple days he was tossing and turning all night complaining of stomach pain (mind u he’s 3). Yet, he LOVES pizza from Pizza Hut but this WILL be the last time I order ANYTHING from this Pizza Hut…. I was a loyal customer but they can’t seem to EVER give me a fresh or decent pizza). Also, I chose to try something new (as u can see in the picture it’s “suppose” to be a Meat Lover’s Melt….)It looks like they haven’t even defrosted the cheese all the way or something it’s cold and looks un eatable!!

Took 1 hr and 40 min to get my pizza, store is a 3 min drive away, pizza was barely warm. Not worth it. Box was all beat up and grease soaking through top lid. They forgot the sauce, and “went back to get it”, still waiting for it.

This is the 3rd time in 2 months that something was wrong with my order. This time I only had 7 wings, when it was suppose to be 8 and my son pizza had cheese in the middle only ( see pic). They never picked up the phone & when I went thru the order line again, the lady had the nerve to tell me they weren’t delivering, I told her, that’s a lie, I just got pizza delivered. I had to drive to pizza hut, wasting $3 delivery charge, and when I got there, nobody was answering the phone & they standing around looking like they don’t want to work. I will never spend another penny at this pizza hut location in Clinton, MS.

I placed an order to have it picked by 6pm…I go in 5 min early and they were boxing my order up then… or so I thought! 2 of my items were ready! When I asked them the first time about the missing pizza.. they stated that it was otw out of the oven! 10 min had passed and still no pizza! I had to ask about my pizza again for them to finally notice that I’m still standing there without my PIZZA! Then another lady stated that she just worked or was working on my pizza! I’m 20 min in… with NO FOOD!

I needed to contact the store about an issue with a doordash order. I accidentally placed it for pickup, but needed delivery. Doordash couldnt change it, but thats a seperate issue. I was willing to pay any delivery fee or tip for a driver because I am medically unable to drive currently. Doordash tried to contact the store 3 times. I tried their line 5 times and the Pizza Hut customer service line couldn’t even get the store to pick up their phones. This is absolutely ridiculous. What kinda of pizza restaurant doesn’t answer phones?

If I could give a big fat 0 that’s what I would rate the Clinton Ms Pizza Hut. The most unprofessional group of idiots I have ever seen. They wouldn’t even bring my carryout order to the car. I waited 30 minutes and when I called inside they kept hanging up the phone. I finally had to go inside only to find my order was sitting right there for an hour now. I told them I wanted a refund and Nobody apologized or said sorry or showed any concern whatsoever. I will Not give them my Business again.I changed my rating because the manager contacted me and was very nice. She apologized and made me feel better, I will give them another chance.
