Pizza Hut in Forest is the reason the company is closing stores this quarter. The restaurant is dark, dirty, and in poor repair. Interestingly enough they charge extra to eat in the dining room. They close the dining room randomly and don’t post why or that it’s even closed. You have to go pull the handle to see if it’s open like the world’s crappiest slot machine. My wife and I ordered a large supreme pizza and 12 wings, we ordered two Pepsis as well but they only had one in stock so tried to get starry instead but they had none. Bill came to $53.00 plus the extra charge to dine in, which you can’t tell ahead of time because menu provided had no pricing in it. Mentioned that same order online was $20 cheaper and was told that’s the price maybe you shouldn’t ordered it online. We left. No pizza. Because roaches on booth, and watched person at end of pizza line drop three things on floor including the pizza cutter and pick it up and just start using it again.

I ordered my pizza with cheese bread online. The order was done in time. Restaurant was clean and the employees very nice. I have only one thing that it could be better… the portiin of the source for the sticks is to small for the amount of sticks. Please give the next time two or bigger portions out. That will make the pizza hut adventure perfect

Only reason I’m giving two stars is because of the store being clean…but their customer service skills are terrible. They act like you being there is an inconvenience on them. When we placed our order the lady didn’t even know what they carry because we asked for the kids meal which is just a personal pan pizza and a drink she told us they didn’t have that. And every customer who came in to get stuff they were rude to them as well. And the pizza is not that good. I love pizza hut just not this one.

This was the second time i have ordered from this pizza hut and been called and told to cancel my order. Whenever I order online. It always say “your pizza will be ready in 15 min.” Be there right at 10 mins. Its hot, coming out of the oven. All you have to do is pay and your order is ready to go. The employees are nice too.
