Ordered Big New Yorker Pepperoni, medium pineapple pizza, naked boneless wings with medium buffalo sauce on the side and garlic cheese sticks. The Big New Yorker pepperoni pizza was the standout—well cooked with great flavor. The pineapple was good, though some slices had more pineapple than others. Wings and sauce was on point according to the husband. Garlic cheese sticks were warm and tasty. Everything arrived warm and neatly packaged. We had enough for two meals which was a plus. Overall, a solid meal and we’d order again. Great price!

someone called my sisters personal phone from this place to confront her about an order from the night before that she was ON THE WAY TO GET. yall cancelled it with no call. so she obviously didnt come get it. it had been maybe 40 minutes, i work in pizza and we will call after it has sat for 2 hours to confirm theyre coming and we remake it. this is pathetic yall some bums genuinely dont go here

One of the employees was taking pictures of people without their permission. It was really uncomfortable and felt very inappropriate. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Holly Bush Location in Brandon. Very rude employees including the manager. Will hang up in your face for asking questions, I was hung up on 2 x’s. Placed my order at 3:29 was told it would be delivered by 3:59 it’s 5 miles down the road. My kids had 2 small pizzas. It didn’t arrive until 4:18, cold and box was open when guy came to the door. Told me my food was sealed and it wasn’t. Just poor service all together. Have ordered from here plenty times. Will never order here again.

The staff at this particular Pizza Hut are phenomenal. Larry’s seasoning skills are off the charts amazing. Larry has to be there whenever I place an order. I’m gonna have to kidnap Larry and take him home. I think I like saying the name Larry. Thank you Larry, see you soon.

Online order for delivery. Tracker said 45-50 minutes for delivery when order was placed at 7:10. I’m okay with that. Two things I am NOT okay with: 1) getting a notification that it’s on its way, then “IT’S DELIVERED” when it has NOT been delivered. 2) After paying $32 then getting cold, soggy pizza.
(I even called when it said it had been delivered and was told it was now, on it’s way). From “it’s delivered” notification to the ACTUAL “delivered” time was 23 minutes later.
Every time I order from Holly Bush Pizza Hut for delivery I am reminded, don’t order Pizza Hut. Will I ever learn?

Lately I’ve seen a significant change in the amount of toppings we receive on our pizzas.
When we first started ordering from this location we noticed the toppings were very skimpy and you get little to no cheese.
So our next few orders we started adding extra toppings and extra cheese just for it to come out looking like a regular pizza.
And now our pizza that we order “extra” on, has started looking skimpy on the toppings as well.
When I brought it to the attention of the staff they made up a new pizza the first time, and the second time we gave us a credit.
Even the guys in the front agreed there should’ve have been more toppings since we selected “extra.”
At this point I don’t know what to do to just get a normal pizza with a normal amount of cheese and toppings on it.
And I don’t want to keep bringing it up to the staff bc then I become the “problem” customer.
So yea, I’m done with Pizza Hut for a while. Dominos and papa John’s have been on their game lately.
It’s a little bit more of a drive to them BUT it evens out with the extra money I’ve been paying for extra toppings.

Friendly staff, easy to order online and good price for a 3 topping medium pizza. The area outside the store has bad housekeeping. Dumpster and fence area are terrible. Awful curb appeal for a brand name restaurant.
