If I could give this place 0 stars on service I would. At night at around 6pm I sit in the drive through for no less then 30 minutes with the line not even moving. And then I get to window and the lady working the window is super rude! The food at the place is great, the people working there should be fired!

Lobby is always full of doordashers the store won’t serve . If I get delivery, orders are wrong very often, specifically missing wings. They don’t hire any drivers so the only option is Doordash and they never have pizza bags so the food is always cold when it gets here. The drive thru is designed poorly and will only fit 4-6 cars so they focus on that, but they never ask anyone to park so those orders are cooked one at a time which is very slow. Overall, combined with prices being characteristicly high due to it being Pizza Hut, I don’t think it’s worth my time ordering here again.

I ordered 2 large pizzas and cinnamon buns. My order was supposed to be delivered by 11:25. It was not delivered. I asked for a refund, the salesman said no, I was told to call Door Dash, I didn’t call Door Dash to order the pizzas, I ordered from Pizza Hut!!
I reluctantly, asked for Door Dash’s phone number. Salesman said they didn’t know it, I was placed on hold for 25 minutes. I used my home phone and called back, the phone rung 10 times, when finally answered, I was placed on hole, again. I received Horrible service !!!

Awful customer service. Delivery is 30 minutes late and the lady on the phone told me it only showed delivered to keep up with their times. Horrible customer experience. I told her thank you at the end of the conversation and she just hung the phone up without a reply. Buy frozen pizza. This team here sucks.

Ordered food online on break, it took lady too long to even acknowledge me. She would not come to window. I knocked on window and she put 1 finger up like wait. I politely said I’m trying to get back to work. No other customers were before me . She then apologizes after what seemed like 10 minutes , and stated she was thee only one working . I replied I would do a review so she could get some help. This is me trying to get this lady some help.

young woman at the front counter tonight (10/16/2025) needs to work somewhere not dealing with people. when i entered she waited till i got to the counter to turn around and mumble something. when the pizza was ready i thanked her for it and she was non responsive. not only did she seem to have an attitude, but her customer service skills were non-existent. management needs to do better.

Disappointed with the Night Shift Experience
I strongly advise against visiting this location, especially during the night shift. I attempted to call several times beforehand with no answer. When I arrived to place an in-store order, I found the employees sitting in the lobby, eating and chatting as if their shift had already ended.
Eventually, one came to the counter while the others casually walked back to the kitchen. As I began placing my order, the only response I got was, “We ain’t got it.” That kind of attitude and lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially from a national brand like Pizza Hut.
This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I won’t be returning and if you’re looking for decent service, you’re better off going somewhere else.

Placed an order for delivery and never received. Decided to go and pick it up and they were closed. Why would you accept an order if u are not open and can’t deliver? This is our favorite Pizza, but we will never order from them again.

Ordered pepperoni stuffed crust and two orders of wings. Drove 20 miles to pick it up and 20 miles to get home, only to find out that there was no sauce on the pizza. The wings were fine. I called and was told that the only way they could do anything was to drive back. That’s the only option so now I’m pissed that I threw away $20. I will NEVER order from here again!!!!
