Multiple times I’ve ordered from this location within the past month and had to wait nearly an hour for my order because they were short staffed. I’d rather they just not accept orders. Last night, I waited at the pickup window nearly 30 minutes and watched someone come near the window twice and not acknowledge me. Then, I decided to go inside only to have the door locked. Once again, I saw employees look at us standing outside and not acknowledge us. Someone finally came after I was waiting outside nearly 20 minutes. I called the number on the door and was eventually routed to the manager who explained them being short staffed. I was offered a drink for the inconvenience. Waiting nearly an hour is not something resolved by a free drink. Although it’s close to my house, I’d rather they just close this location. Oh yea, once I finally got my food, you could tell 1 of my pizzas was rushed as it was undercooked.

I placed an online order on New Year’s eve at 9:30pm and the app said it will be ready at 9:46pm. I arrived at 9:40pm and i was told my order hasn’t been started and I simply said okay and i wanted patiently. However I was to get into the pick up window line twice and then told to park by the door and she will bring it out to me. However, 40 minutes passed and I didn’t have my food, all I had was a 8pc boneless wing and a pepperoni melt. I even called the store 4 times and got hung up on every-time. Then I finally got back in line and the young lady at the window told me my order has been ready for the past 30 minutes and they been looking for me…… but I was sitting right in front of the door in my silver nissan WITH HEADLIGHTS ON and no one even looked that way. I finally received my food after almost 2 hours and it was cold and burnt….. I asked for a refund and all she did was take my name and number and said it’ll be 5-7 days. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE y’all will do better going to dominos or marcos.

i don’t really leave reviews bc i feel like it’s a “karen” thing to do, but i’m hungry and upset lol. we ordered a pizza that never got delivered and when we called about it, we were put on hold for 30 minutes. we drove up here and had to get a refund. the manager is the one that put the phone down while claiming to put me on hold. service was terribly unprofessional and the lights are dim and the inside is crusty and outdated. i’m not the type of person to pin a negative experience on race, but as a black person in a country that works against us, you would expect our people to make a better name for themselves through kind and professional service. however this was not the case at this location. just order from somewhere else lol

Awful service, placed an online order earlier today while at work. Received the incorrect count for one of the items. Tried calling the location that accepted the order and was routed to the call center. Requested a remake and was told that it would be delivered bec the original order was delivered. The remake was never delivered. Called again for a refund and routed to the call center again. The agent then routed me to the restaurant., after asking for a manager . I was placed on hold for 20 mins. No one ever came back. Not good customer service at all!!

Tried a meat lover’s pizza melt. Tasted good. No sauce on it (which I love). There is marinara dipping sauce. The crust/breading is thin and crispy…woo hoo!
Let’s talk about the young man who took my order over the phone and waited on me in the drive through. VERY nice and personable! I wish I had gotten his name. More places need people like him. Thank you for making my day.

Placed a online order at 9 and 2 hours later we were told the order was being made . We received the food at 1130 and it was cold and tasted very spicy. This was my 2nd and last time spending money at this establishment . I would drive to south haven before going back here

Terrible service I ordered to be delivered my food and it never arrived, they only charged me the money, I called the branch since I did it through the application and they just hung up on me.
