When the food is right its really good but its rarely made right. Most times I come here they add the wrong toppings. Gotta read and pay attention. The pizza hut in OB is worse. I love Pizza Hut but they can’t even make the proper pizza. Very disappointed.

I don’t usually leave reviews at all much less eat fast food but tonight’s service 10/31 was absolutely terrible. Ordered online at 5:47 pm with a ready time of 19 min. Displayed ready online in which we attempted to pick up. Order had not even been started and said another 25 min then changed to 45 min. I initially canceled but decided to keep it and come back. Came back at 7:37 pm and employees had no idea where my order was. Finally someone else came to the window and asked what my name was again. Someone finally came to the window 10 min later with my cold pizza and then said another 10-15 min for my wings. I said forget the wings. I even threw the pizza away because it was cold and terrible. Never again will I come here.

I just had an online delivery. When I didn’t receive my whole order, the lady who answered the phone at this establishment was very rude. I ordered the entree with side and drink. I did not receive all of my entree order and they didn’t even give me my drink.

I ordered a pizza and cookie last night around 10:15. The person who took my order said it would be 20 minutes to prepare. 5 minutes later, I called back to order cheese sticks. She answered the phone, told me to hold on, and never came back to the phone. I got there around 10:40. My initial order was ready and sitting in the warmer. No one was up front to take my payment or give me my order. 5 minutes later, the cook comes up and lets the manager know that I’m there. She came up front while on the phone with someone who sounded like they worked there too. They seemed to be having an issue with an order showing delivery by one of the drivers when it was really an uber order. The manager still said nothing to me. The cook asked her again, “Are you going to take care of the customer?” She still said nothing to me and soon went to the back, still on the phone. The cook asked her again and I had to send my card back to her through him. He is the only reason I was able to walk out after 20 minutes of waiting. She has no idea what customer service should look like. To top it off, my cookie was burned. I will likely stick with Buon Cibo or Pappa John’s from now on.

Ordered pan pizza to go and I got a regular pizza that was nasty, the dough was raw. I contacted customer service but no one cares to resolve issue.

I went in today to get the special not sure of the managers name, but she was extremely polite she set the expected wait time for the pizzas and delivered it accurately! Her personality was very welcoming, great customer service! I appreciate you!

For my birthday i ordered pizza for my family thinking it’d be nice to have a quick, yummy meal from pizza hut. What a joke. The pictures are supposed to be a thin crust cheese pizza. It was inedible to say the least. The fact that an employee in this restaurant was willing to hand this pizza to a paying customer blows my mind. I have 3 kids, we produce more then enough of our own trash each week. I didn’t need pizza huts help with filling my trash can, certainly not for $35.
