10/02/2025- Another great experience at this Pizza Hut. We got lucky and our waiter was again, Hunter. He just has a great attitude even with a small rush of 4/5 families all coming in at the same time. Explained deals and food was fresh and hot. Thanks Hunter for making it another great Pizza Hut experience for us!

Ordered a barbecue chicken pizza with extra barbecue sauce on it and when I got home, there was no sauce on it and it was undercooked. Went back and the manager was nice and made me another pizza and when I got home with the new pizza, it was cold and undercooked.

Went in and placed an order said 15 minutes came back and they couldn’t find my order. It happens especially during a time with multiple orders. They asked what I had again, I told them they “remade” it so all in all was there almost an hour for a pizza and breadstick. Then I get home and the pizza was ok but the sticks were like old and rebaked. Everyone working in there was super friendly but the quality and situation were disappointing to say the least. I even made sure to tip 40%

Everytime I come here for dinner it’s pretty good. I come here for dinner often and it’s one of the most consistent places I’ve ever been to. I can always count on a nice hot pizza that tastes very good. One of the better pizza huts in my opinion.

I like pizza hut! But I had a bad experience so I’m sharing as a warning.
Do not call in. You’ll be connected to someone who’s not in the store, and who can’t get you a deal. I paid 20 for an 11 dollar pizza because the call person didn’t know there was a special for what I wanted.
Also, the store says if you show them a five star review you get a free soda. Is that legal? I hope that doesn’t become common practice among restaurants.
Lastly, I came at a bad time. They were clearly overwhelmed and understaffed by the volume of orders (even tho it wasn’t a particularly busy day). The employee seemed flustered and unprofessional, but I mean that’s less of a systematic issue.
I might go to Domino’s next time.
Update : I went to Domino’s. Used the website and got 8 servings of food for $23 using their easy to manage deals!

Man, this Pizza Hut is a great experience! Back home where I’m from, you just can’t eat “pizza at the hut” much anymore! Most of them are Mexican restaurants. This little spot is nearly exactly how it should be! Friendly staff, super great food! Awesome place!
