Kelly and Damion have EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I got stuck in the snow after ordering pick up a couple of days ago, and I’m finally able to come pick up my order. They saved my order to remake. They were very professional and amazing. 10/10!! I will be coming to this store- I prefer the customer service here rather than at the union location. Thank you guys so much!! I’ve been needing this pizza BAD! ❤️

I ordered the 2 for $7 pizza deals and asked for one pepperoni and one beef & mushroom. The beef and mushroom came out well, but the pepperoni was disproportionately made. The cheese unevenly melted more on one side of the pizza and left the other dry plus there was hardly any marinara sauce whatsoever. The lady manager also saw the pizza and apologized for her cook employee’s mistake. She said she would remake it herself and it would be about 10mins and she allowed me to keep the pizza anyways. I SPECIFICALLY TOLD HER TWICE for the remake pizza that I WANTED LIGHT CHEESE AND MORE SAUCE this time!!!! She said okay. After 10 minutes, I was expecting see light cheese, but she actually gave me MORE cheese than the last pizza. This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS customer service!!! If you aren’t going to be mindful of how you’re crafting people’s food then maybe you shouldn’t be crafting pizzas whatsoever. Not everyone is a cheese lover so why is it Pizza Hut’s protocols to always put more cheese instead of sauce??? I’m disappointed I can’t enjoy my order the way I imagined I would.

Ordered and payed for a stuffed crust pizza for my kids and realized when I got home that the pizza wasn’t stuffed. I get it we all make mistakes, but I paid extra for the stuffed crust, cuz that’s what we wanted! $40 dollars to get my order wrong!

Ridiculous whoever answered on Jan 29th at 9:00pm straight lying and couldn’t follow instructions I asked specifically form ordering online if my pizza could be cut in squares not to mention put in description and called to confirm if could be made like that still received two flat pizzas I ordered dinner box which is annoying if I’m spending you should atleast make accommodations let along not agree if you won’t make it but I got confirmation and still was not made it’s snowing outside it’s dumb not to mention ppl ARE PREGNANT I JUST WANTED ONE REQUEST so disappointed!!!

I’m so mad right now. I have never ever ordered food here and it been cooked. Literally never. I literally write in the instructions to pls cook well done and I EVEN LEAVE A TIP EACH TIME EVEN THOUGH I ALWAYS CARRY OUT!!!! And yet still, I have to cook my pizza and cheese bread when I get home because it’s always raw in the middle. The problem is is that there’s no one to complain to that actually cares enough to make a difference so we as consumers are just stuck with this. I promise going FOWARD I will not be leaving a tip though. Never ever ever again am I tipping them when they can’t just do their job and cook a pizza throughly.

I ordered the tavern crust with basil pesto drizzle. On the app it says there is supposed to be seasoning on the crust and they did not put seasoning on the crust or my basil pesto drizzle.

What an awesome little pizza hut. Staff was friendly and well dressed. My pizzas were both cooked correctly and still hot when I got them home. Absolutely worth the 12 minute drive for the service and quality of food.

Absolutely friendly and professional! I had mixed feelings because of the poor reviews but glad we went! The cooks greeted us upon walking in and we were in and out in no time. Our online order was ready on time, hot and fresh (and delicious!) Very consistent with the classic pizza hut taste, will definitely return.
