I will never waste my time or money at this Pizza Hut again. I ordered a pizza today for my lunch break got to the location just to wait on the cashier to finish the conversation on the phone in the parking lot just to be given the wrong pizza. I only have 30 minutes for lunch couldn’t wait for another one or go somewhere else to eat today. I strongly recommend not wasting your time or money with this location

Service and quality of food here is terrible. Joshua stands over you while you’re paying just to make sure you tip, then you wait an extra 15-20mins for your pizza that should’ve been ready. He blames it on lack of staff but that’s not a good excuse. He didn’t even apologize, scratch that he never apologizes for late orders.. yet expects a tip. I’ve even seen him take cash (which i am assuming is from tips) straight from the drawer and stash it before going to handle food. This is not just on one occasion, this is everytime he rings someone up that pays with card not cash . It’s like geesh atleast wait until the night to get your money. This has happened three times now — he cares more about tips than actually getting orders out on time. Please do better.. i would really hate to have to drive out of Arlington where i live to another Pizza Hut because of this. Atleast be sympathetic towards your customers aswell. I don’t expect anything free, but an apology would’ve really helped.

Extremely pathetic of a service. They are filled with egoistic people inside who don’t even want to acknowledge you standing in the front. Food quality is super low and needs improvement. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced these issues. Don’t want to come here anymore.

The front of the store had flies buzzing all around.
I received my order and cheese sticks were missing. Informed the cashier and he said the item was not on the ticket, which it was and i pointed it out. Then he said the wait would be 7 minutes.
After all that, the pan pizza had a dry crust and the thin crust pizza was chewy and past crispy to the point it was hard around the edges.
My wing order was also correct on the receipt but made incorrectly.
The food tasted the way the store looked, disgusting.
The cheese sticks were good.

Ordered a cinnamon sticks with an extra icing dip. Half of the sticks and the extra dip arrived missing. Called the store and the gur answering pretty much called me a liar and hung up on me. Needless to say they have list a customer today. Also delivered about 10 minutes late.

Member when pizza hut was the best? Service was great, but the food quality has definitely gone down. They skimp you on pepperoni even when you pay for extra. The crust is dry, they used to butter it. Stop being cheap, pizza hut. Your prices certainly are not.

This was my first time ordering food from this Pizza Hut location. I order a Pepperoni Lovers Large thin crust and a thin crust veggie lover. Both pizza had no tomato sauce. Sparingly Pepperoni. This was fore most the worst pizza I have ever had. $43.00 what a waste.
