Do not have a Doordash driver bring my order and she didnt even bring my whole order. My order was in the back seat of her car not in a heated bag to keep it warm also she had her children in the car one was in a carseat directly beside my order. We waited almost 2 hours from ordering to delivering. The entire order was cold and the wings were burnt and not edible. She stated she was to collect cash on arrival but i put my card in to pay for it .. so then I tried to give her card and she stated she didnt know how to take a card and asked if I had cashap…I am not going to give cashap to a stranger…. this was very unprofessional. After she left I had to call the store talk to the manager to get the rest of my order and waited another 30 plus minutes for another door dash driver to show up with it. This was the worst service I have ever received let alone the unprofessionalism that occurred from start to finish. I am giving a 1 star only because that is the lowest option available. This deserves no stars it was an awful experience and don’t recommend anyone going here unless you like cold, burnt food that someone’s child might have touched , put their feet on or who knows!!!!! You might get your entire order in maybe 3 hours from ordering if your lucky .. good luck !!!!

We ordered a pizza from the Pizza Hut on hwy 64 and the pizza never came. The tracker said 9:52pm and we still haven’t received the pizza and it was paid for over the phone. Sad. I will be calling the store in the morning for my money back. This won’t happen again. I rate you a 0.

HORRIBLE is an understatement. After 1 hrs didnt get order. Call & get put on hold and no answer after 20 mins then No one answers at all when trying to call back…yall playing with folks food and money. I order at Pizza hut often but will not anymore…HELLO POPPA JOHNS!

One of my thin crust pizzas was undone. The bottom of the pizza/crust was soft & doughy. All of the toppings were falling off and the pizza would completely fall apart when you pick it up. It was disgusting. After flipping over multiple slices and tossing them out, I couldn’t even stomach to eat the slices of the other pizza.

My experience with this Pizza Hut in Memphis Tennessee and also in barlin Tennessee was nothing to write home about. I was also told when I called and asked could I make a order that I needed to go online and do it and she would not take my order over the phone which is I believe the reason for this associate being employed at Pizza Hut. The next time I will just give papa John’s a call instead

My only regret is that I can’t give 0 stars. Let me tell you about the WORST Pizza Hut in our area. Unfortunately, when ordering delivery, even though I live in Cordova, I’m paired with this sham of a store. Last time I ordered them, we got the food- cold- but at least we got it. Today, however, ordered at 5:40 from their site. By 6:30, I’m confused because where’s the pizza? So I called the store… rang I know 100 times… no one picked up. Waited a while and called back about 7:20. Finally, someone answered. She told me my order was “voided out” because it hadn’t been picked up. She forwarded me to a supervisor off-site from that store. That supervisor forwarded me to back to the store. Enter the sorriest excuse for a “store manager.” Not sure if she truly was the manager, but she claimed to be. This employee proceeded to tell me that she had canceled my order because they didn’t have anyone to deliver. Oooookkk… not my problem. I logged into YOUR website, ordered, chose delivery, and paid with MY money. Even then, I understand some places are short staffed so I asked why didn’t she ju just call for me to pick the food up instead of cancel. She tried to tell me she called me twice and left a voice mail. Two problems- 1. My voicemail isn’t set up because you know we don’t do that nowadays. 2. No one called- my phone is dryer than the Sahara. When I reiterated this to her, she basically said not her problem. I asked if I could speak to the manager. This is when she informed me that she is the manager. I asked for a supervisor or owner number because it was an issue to me that someone is claiming to have contacted me regarding the food I paid $50 for and clearly I did not receive that call. She said she “doesn’t have that information.” I reminded her that I am a grown woman and know that all “managers” know who to contact or what contact info they should give out. She proceeded to say “Like I would give you that because what would they do? What are you going to tell them?” I asked again. And this sad excuse for a manager HUNG UP THE PHONE. I do believe I now understand why they are the lowest rated Pizza Hut in the Memphis area. I have the info for the person above her now but I know I needed to leave this review before someone in my neighborhood gets left hungry by this crazy lady… I mean store!

I wish they would switch our house from this location. It is horrible! The staff is rude and they either can’t make an order correctly, slow, or don’t even deliver your food at all. Waited an hour tonight and I guess they cancelled my order and didn’t call or send any message. I guess I’ll just have to pick up from now on from the other location. This location needs to close or restaff.

3:41pm Thursday. I arrived to Pizza Hut at 3:30pm to only stand in front with two other customers that have been waiting much longer in lobby to be serviced . I am still currently standing waiting to be serviced . Two people have walked out!

Pizza Hut has long been my favorite pizza but I won’t order from this store again. The pizza arrived 30 minutes later than I was told. It was cold and soggy. This was not what I paid for. Choose any other pizza – even Kroger frozen pizza!!!
