First thing we’re told no one to serve but we can eat in. Ordered family order of cheese sticks expecting how it’s always been- 10 long cheese sticks- they bring us 5 cut in half… says that’s the family order now… for same price. Very good service that was fast and friendly. Even though there were only two people working in the restaurant, they both delivered a higher level of service than I have received in other (even high end) places.

Ordered a large Meat Lover’s Pizza for delivery. It was delivered at my doorstep within 20 minutes – pretty impressive for a late night order! The price was decent as well – probably a bit cheaper than Domino’s. However only giving 3 stars because the quality of ingredients, i.e. pizza base, sauce, toppings and cheese, was average at best. Hopefully they can complement the excellent service with better quality ingredients.

Who ever manages this store should be embarrassed at the food they are serving. Pizza is one of the easiest foods to make. I picked up 2 pizzas this afternoon and the dough was old, the sauce was bland, the toppings looked old. We took 1 bit and threw both of them away.

Had actually sworn off pizza due to the last couple of times I’d been to two different Pizza Huts, both the service and pizzas were poor. Can’t begin to say how happy I am that, after a long pizza drought, I decided to give this location a try. They managed to do a fantastic job with their service and the quality of their pizza.
I placed an online carryout order on a Sunday afternoon and the two ladies that assisted me when picking up my order were extremely nice and helpful. The one even made a point of telling me to check my order before I left with it. That’s the first time I’ve ever had an employee of a food establishment suggest that. Yes, it should be automatic but a lot of people rarely take the time. It’s smart on both sides and is a great way to encourage accountability.
Now the pizza – just from looking at it you could tell it was made by someone who takes pride in their work. The toppings were plentiful and evenly distributed and the pan pizza was crispy and absolutely delicious! It was exactly what one would hope for and expect from a quality establishment. Now, if they could just train the employees at other Pizza Huts to care as much as they do.
Thank you to the employees at this location for doing such a great job and for restoring my faith in Pizza Hut (in this one anyway). I won’t be going anywhere else anytime soon!
