I ordered a medium two topping pan with extra sauce. The pizza had barley any sauce on it when I got home. I also ordered the cinnamon rolls as seen in the picture below. They didn’t put any frosting on the cinnamon rolls and they sre also under cooked you could tell it. Tried calling the store and received a national person saying they would transfer me to the store. On hold for almost 30 minutes no one picked up call. Doesn’t surprise me went into the store waited 10 minutes to get served. I love pizza hut but probably will never go back now. Just disappointed. Wanted my money back that night but at this point I really just don’t care.

My order was placed today for delivery at 6:46pm and did not receive it until 8:30 pm and the pizza and wings were cold and the wings were so dry even my dog didn’t want any. I tried to contact the store and they were already closed so I contacted them via my app through chat and was told they would only give us 2 large 3 toppings pizzas with an apology, I was typing my response and they closed the chat on me and I wasn’t able to get a resolution to my problem. This business in my opinion cares nothing for customer satisfaction or quality of their food so I will not be ordering from any of their locations again. If I could take off the one star I was forced to give them I would. They get 2 thumbs down from my family.

Why have a dine in if it’s never open? It’s so frustrating to go out to eat and expect a sit-down experience multiple times and it is never open. I’m not calling ahead; this is an offer that this location is supposed to have. Wonder why your business at this location has become slower? Here’s your sign. Nobody wants to order pizza to go when you can’t even ever be fully staffed to do your job. That kitchen is probably nasty. Don’t comment with apologies Pizza Hut. Just fix the issues.

I used their app to order ahead for my husband’s supper after work. So set for 8pm. I placed the order at 3:30pm and received it at 4pm. Im glad I was home cause the food would have been ruined. But you call the store get hung up on. Door dash tried to use their customer support to help me ( applauded to them) but they didn’t get no where. So finally I go to the apple and use the chat and of course I can’t just simply have my order replaced and redelivered. If I accept their 1 large 3 topping pizza then I still was going to be responsible for the delivery fee. So couldnt go that way. So asked for money back that answer was no. So now I have to wait 2-3 days for an email to help me figure out what to do. I have eaten here for years and over this I’ll not return cause im forced to eat their mistake. Lessons learned

Pizza I ordered on 7/9/25 was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Tried calling location and sent me to some call center.. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. Pizza Hut used to be the best of the best… the crust was like some bland dough that was extra that no one wanted. The sauce was like red plaster..$43 plus tip for the worst pizza ever… gas station pizza blows this out of the water! Btw, Emory rd in Powell was the location of order.

This place has been here since i was a kid, the store is clean the one person who works here is freiandly and helpfull, the food is not very good. The pizza seems like its been sitting awhile and i got here just after lunch. The posta is over cooked and bland. Then i noticed these time keepers on top. Its after 12pm when i was eating and most of what i ate seems to be out of time. Very disapointed and purhaps explains why the pizza did not taste fresh and the pasta seemed over cooked. My server Heaven was the best thing about the place.

Pizza Hut has really gone down hill . We have been told several times that they are only doing take out . The entire reason I want to go to Pizza Hut is for the memories of my childhood. The employees are always very friendly but are always short staffed

I have to say that when a customer comes in a greeting is always nice. I walked into a young lady talking with two guys complaining about pay. I do not know if she worked there considering she wasn’t wearing a uniform. The gentleman cooking pizza came to take my order, I explained I’m here to pick up my order. I asked if he had any red pepper flakes he replied no. I asked can I borrow a shaker. He was not happy about that. I understand it’s hard to get employees. You really need to be more pleasant and say hello, have a great day something to customers. Feeling unwelcome makes you not want to come back. Poor experience Pizza Hut do better. Pay more to get better employees.

After ordering our pizza from marco’s on Clinton highway And never receiving are delivery we decided to order from ol reliable. The pizza taste and presentation has always been great. We chose Marco’s first cause we wanted to support all business in are area.
