This place would be 5 stars easy if the woman that is tweaking so bad wasn’t there in the afternoon! She is so creepy, and yells at empty waiting rooms, makes no sense, and if you check on your order she acts legitimately scared and RUNS AWAY! I saw her the other day dumping sauce onto a flat pizza box and drawing/playing in it with bread sticks, totally in another world while timers went off. If I’m eating between like noon and 7pm, I’ll just go somewhere else. Otherwise, great food and service!!

I ordered a thin crust pizza for delivery.When it arrived, it was burnt to a crisp. It was extremely dry and the crust was like cardboard. When I called to speak with someone about my order. The young man answered the phone asked if he could take my order. I told him I had a complaint. He put me on hold and 27 minutes later. I was still holding No one ever answered the phone at thirty four minutes the call disconnected

I order a Chicago Deep Dish supreme and there were no green peppers. My pizza box nor my breadstick box wasn’t sealed. It was mushy and gross!
They had a third party, Door Dash, delivered my food to me even though I ordered online through Pizza Hut and was still charged a delivery fee!
I don’t like getting food through door dash and don’t trust third party services like that, esp when my food isn’t sealed!
I don’t usually order Pizza Hut and won’t be in the future! I wasted $33!
