There were no waiters or waitresses you had to go to the counter to order. The pizza barely had any toppings on it. We ordered a med 2 topping pizza of pepperoni and onions and a salad. We were given plastic untincils, paper plates and cheap paper towels. The bathrooms are not handicap accessible ( no walker or wheelchair can not go through the bathroom entry door) and there was mold growing in the floor drain. The place was empty and there were dirty tables. The manager said the reason they didn’t have waiters/wateresses was because of covid. I thought covid had been over for 3 years. I say… pass this place up if you want a nice sit down meal. They are not a sit down restaurant any more. This self-service restaurant cost us over $29.00.

Brittany had been here for about 3 months i believe. Her service is so much better than the prior manager. When I would come to pick up orders prior to Brittany there was always a long wait and not too friendly.

My husband and I went in on Christmas Eve. The place was slammed with orders. The staff done a great job handling all the business. They were friendly and brought our delicious pizza and cheese sticks right to our table. They had no wait staff but still provided top notch service. All I saw were young men working and they were doing a great job.

Always Good food. Stuffed crust is a no brainer and I used to do light sauce, till they started offering sweet marinara. No heart burn. Lady behind register seemed annoyed I walked straight up to the waiting area for my online order. App said my food was ready. Why would I stand by the order line. It was there waiting for me.

This place DESPERATELY needs an update on the inside. I love the old Pizza Hut feel, but it looks like the building is starting to fall apart on the inside. Not a good look when we are coming in to order food. We enjoy grabbing pizza from here every once in a while and seeing our favorite girl, Meghan! She’s the best. I personally no longer order delivery due to them using a third party service instead of having their own drivers. In my opinion, it’s a bad idea & a bad look for Pizza Hut. Last time I got something delivered, the man took 30 minutes to bring my pizza (I live 5 minutes away) and forgot half of my items.

The pizza was very good. The staff was polite but were dingy and aside from delivering our order were not helpful. The dining room was not clean . The overall atmosphere was dim. I don’t usually do this type of review. The experience is entirely the responsibility of the owner.

Pizza Hut your going to have to do better just pick up my pizza and bread sticks this is a joke I ordered PAN I don’t know what kind of crust this is but not pan I paid for extra onion you can’t hardly find a onion on it and the bread sticks looked like they have been cooked for a week and the tiny cup of sauce is a joke and I’m sorry I normally don’t do this and complain but this is unacceptable

I pre-ordered, suggested wait time was 20 mintues till ready. Received a message pizza was ready, went to pick up and still waited inside just over an hr for pizza to be ready. Even though message said it was ready, the board inside said it was ready, lady hadn’t even started making our pizza. Our pizza was made 4 mintues before I walked out the door. The pizza was turned out fine, but the facility is understaffed, 3 workers looked very overwhelmed, and definitely not kept up.
